I’ve been to this clinic many times now and have had to wait for over an hour each time. Terrible time management, and I’m not impressed. The clinic need to be better at scheduling appointments, do not recommend!

Called the receptionist and said I don’t have anything for today and hang up my call. Very rude!

I have been to the Camberwell clinic a few times and they are fabulous. Can't fault them at all. Great team, great doctors, easy to book, little wait time.

I gave this doctors clinic a 1 start only because the receptionist are lovely and the doctors are polite and nice. Although the doctors are nice they lack the actual skill of trying to seek a diagnosis for the patient, there is no attention to detail and they do not listen. This is one of the only bulk billed places i know of anymore and its sad that the doctors are living up to bulk billed reputation.

This clinic since 2019. I met Dr Tamjida several times. She has been an angel to me. Really professional and caring about my mental health, she doesn’t hesitate to inform and help you to access specialised exams or services. Thank you very much for your service.

Reception are very courteous and helpful.
Just the doctors seem overworked and was a little rushed for my consult. Plus the wait time is about 20-30 minutes. But that is standard practice at the GP these days.

Been a few times now. Great doctors, friendly reception, clean bathrooms, blood testing in house, not an unreasonable wait time and bulk billing. Better than the private practice I went too that was also in Camberwell.

The doctors are good but it’s under new management now and the old lady with the squeaky voice at the desk is straight up weird and makes you feel very uncomfortable.

I have never had a problem with the receptionists here, not sure why all the reviews are saying so.

I went to this clinic after my telehealth with them which was 1hr late and when I called the receptionist to enquire about it she was giving me attitude. I went there as doctor told me to come for the next available appointment as she needed to check me. There was one receptionist who is really nice, sorry I did not get her name and she got dark skin and the other one who is middle age tall and white skin is such rude and Karen personality. I was continuously telling her doctor told me to come and she did not even bother to call the doctor. I went there on time but that woman made me wait for 45mins. This receptionist is the doom of this place. Still I only got medical certificate no any advice on my condition or what should I do. Like you guys study just to give a piece of letter. On top of that your customer service sucks. But thanks you for that one receptionist she rocks.

Made to pay $2 each for a single use mask whilst my girlfriend has an emergency doctors appointment. Disgraceful & no empathy from any employees.

Doctors here are great, but there is smthg wrong with their system. I make appointment everytime but am still required to sit & wait for over an HOUR before I get to see the doctor EVERYTIME! They srsly shldnt book in so many patients if they are overloading.

Took specialist referral from Dr Kanda. Followed referral letter made appointment. Personal details on the referral letter.during appointment the specialist informed me they don’t take patient in my age. I asked then you shouldn’t book appointment with me as it is not cheap! $250. Specialist said you GP should know and this is what I need to tell you during appointment…. Such a scam! I Contacted my clinic camberwell the manager told me nothing they can do. I get upset as any human being would at this point. The manager blaming me upset and speak loudly on the phone. Hang me up. This is the worst service ever a patent would imagine to experience. I reported to Police for this scam conspiracy—Ripped patient off and waste government funding.

Update: next day 10: 10am received private number call said her name is “Lee”. She informed me that canceled my 2pm appointment on the day with another GP. The person on the phone Refuse tell me what her role is what her name how to spell her name etc. She informed me my clinic banned me. Ha!

You will be shocked how lack of responsibility this management team is. They cause your financial harm, mental health harm also physical harm. Instead try to figure out how to improve themselves they just kick you out. I have seen some GP over 6 years in other my clinic location. This call clarified the manager of my clinic group and my clinic Camberwell never care about the patient. You are just their milk caw. Kill one caw won’t harm for their business. I told her I will report to related authorities about this scam.she said: you can report to any authority. Wow Good on this head office manager. This kind of person able to take position in this group you can imagine what kind of hand you are in.

Never spent time read reviews here. Shocking. Wish could read this earlier before go this place. In this clinic Only good thing is Dr Sivarajah is kind and thorough. Most receptionist are horrible and rude only one young female staff was polite.

Be careful if you choose this clinic or my clinic group. The head office manager Lee will ban you anytime she wants no matter whether you are in the middle of appointment with GP or waiting for your result. The managers and receptionist here would argue with you then use power to ban you. When they feel that are has no point to argue with you they will ban you. I never forget what ‘Lee’ said “ okay, you know what, I will ban You in my clinic in our group you can’t go any our clinic. ” She refused tell me what her role and name but speak to me with this rude, aggressive and doggy attitude.

If you die you die hand office doesn’t care and my clinic Camberwell practice manager doesn’t care. The patients just the an item or agent used for them to suck government funding into pocket.

Terrible services! I paid extra for a tele consultation, and was asked to email them pictures of the issues, and the doctor would call me back by cob of the day. At the end of the day, no call back at all! I paid for nothing!

Sutha is a great and caring doctor. Wait times can be long but I've never been to a clinic that doesn't have delays. Reception staff are very lovely and patient too.

Even you get to your appointment one hour late, it actually doesn’t matter and you still need to sit and wait to be called by doctor! It takes so long to see a doctor even if you have made appointment! Very unorganised!

Dr Pankajam Kandasamy is absolutely lovely. I’ve been a patient of hers for just over a year now and have visited her for some quite sensitive issues. She has never made me feel embarrassed, uncomfortable or awkward. She has always treated me with kindness, respect and professionalism! Would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a caring GP. Thanks for looking after me Dr Panka!

Ever time I made an appointment, they made me wait for almost an hour over my appointment time and when finally the doctor calls out your name to attend you, she’ll try to finish your case without even listening to you properly. Also, they don’t have the facility to accept OSHC Medibank cards so International Students…don’t think to booking here unless you wanna pay for your appointment first. Simply regretted every time I booked there!

Doctors are all excellent, never had any issue with treatment.
Only issue is you probably won't be seen until at least 30min after the time you scheduled for

Thank you to Karen and the other reception staff for accomodating a consultation on short notice. The covid vaccine rollout was really well done, with all my questions and concerns addressed by the doctors and nursing staff.
