I want to say a big thank you to Tom and Zac who looked after our 2012 golf station wagon. The car received a mechanical repair with four new tyres as well as new front pads and discs. I must say I am very pleased with the work done. Tom and Zac were very informative, knowledgeable and skilled in their trade. I received great customer service and I will be definitely going back to My Car Blackburn for any future repairs or service, Well done guys!

Austin, Zac and Tom were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. Since I had a very good experience when I needed tyres on my car a year ago, I thought it was the right place. Indeed my husband and I were very impressed with the level of customer service. We would definitely recommend Mycar Blackburn.

Unfortunately I managed to get a screw in my tyre on my way home from work. Stopped here as the closest place I could find and I'm so glad I did! Tom and Austin were absolute legends who fixed my puncture within the space of about 10 mins despite it being 5.15pm on a Thursday night. They were so obliging and lovely with outstanding customer service. Unbeknownst to me as well, the repair was included in the warranty as I previously purchased the tyres from a mycar dealer.

Zach and his team have excellent customer service! Zach went above and beyond to ensure I could get my car in to run some diagnostics on my cooling system and head gasket as soon as possible. It was quick and easy to book a time; they took my car in straight away when I arrived and it was completed before the quoted time. The whole team was very hospitable and friendly. I would definitely recommend MyCar Blackburn to anyone! You will be in good hands.

I needed some last minute tyres. Zac said to leave it with him and he will be in touch. Next day I received a call from Zac saying the tyres had arrived. I went into the store and the team were extremely accommodating and squeezed me in for a strip and fit on a busy Saturday. Amazing customer service and highly recommend visiting the team at Blackburn.

Never will you get better service anywhere else. Cannot recommend these guys enough, always happy to help, always honest and reliable and just genuinely great at what they do.

Boy, you can tell when this place changes management. In the past they have been exemplary. Now it has gone to the dogs. Poor communication, not the best price, generally poor service. Please change your management back. WHAT A SHAME!

Very Good Service. It is unusual to get exactly the service that is advertised. No hard sell just good advice.

Got my car serviced and was more than happy with the service and attitude provided by Tom and Zach. Got welcomed by Tom when I first got there and was warmly welcomed. Service was quick and easy and direct answers and communication.
