I had my car break down on Tuesday and they managed to squeeze me. Had my car done by the same Friday. Immaculate service, great people down there. Popped in late afternoon about 1/2hr b4 closing time, needed some engine oil which i purchased from coles servo next door, asked one of their mechanics AARON if i could borrow a funnell which he brought out to my vehicle, i then tried to get the oil cap off but it was stuck so i went back and asked AARON if i could borrow a tool to get it off, he then came out to my car with a pair of pliers, took oil cap off, put oil in car, checked level twice, all good, spent 10mins helping me although i could see he was busy with a vehicle in the workshop.i offered to give him a tip which he rejected.well, the best i can do then is give this top bloke AARON a FIVE STAR review! Mate, you might be young, but what you did is provide good old top class customer service!
