Fantastic staff & quick turnaround. Upfront about what the cost would be and made sure I was aware of my options. I'm not local to this business but would probably travel just to support them.

Great service, I felt as though the front of house (I'm so sorry for not getting your name!) was welcoming me like a friend, my iMac got fixed within 2 hours, I can't think of one single fault for My Byte!

Easy to make a same-day appointment (hello Apple stores) prompt attention, and the tech quickly and professionally diagnosed the source of my maintenance issue.

Add in excellent customer service from Jess and you can see why I definitely recommend My Byte.

Excellent and incredible service. The customer service is impecable and helpful, they kept me informed in every step of the process and were able to help me get my macbook pro repaired in a very short timeframe.

Very EFFICIENT and friendly to deal with.
I was put on to them to have my Mac repaired (2016 MacBookPro) due to a faulty screen hinge.
I was booked in within 2 hours the same day I requested, served by a professional and friendly staff (Chloe) and was told it will take 4 days. (which is fine by me).
And I was informed in about that time and it was fixed perfectly.
Chloe delivered the fixed computer to me as efficient and friendly as ever.

Called Tues to book to get a iphone screen repaired. Arranged for drop off appointment Fri. Fri - no parking around Mybyte. Long slow wait to be served. Told they don't have stock for the type of iphone I've got and would have to wait until Mon before it was in. Like they couldn't have told me when I booked! No thank you.

Bad service.spend around 90 dollars to check my mac's problem (black screen). They give a result of faulty display and ask me to change for around 800 dollars. I am lucky not changing the screen, because it can display after a period of time. The screen has no problem. They tend to exaggerate problem to gain more profit. Be careful about this shop.

Great service, fast turn around time during COVID. 3 business days in comparison to other places that had a 3-4 week waiting period. Communication on point and Sonny did his very best to ensure my device was fixed. The device has come back looking brand new:) Thank you My Byte Collingwood and Sonny!

Buy direct from Apple at all costs since they do not provide refunds or returns even after they gave you bad and incorrect advice on a repair.

Pathetic service - wait for ever to be told I have to book a service and can’t leave computer. So book an appointment, wait over a week to get in, to THEN be told computer is to old to get parts for. All I need is a diagnosis on the machine, or maybe someone who could’ve served me correctly in the first place and informed me the computer wasn’t serviceable by them.
But just waste my time twice! I wouldn’t even wait in line to buy a USB cable at this place - waste of time! No use complaining to the staff, to cool to care but customers should be aware. Pathetic.

Had a problem with my MacBook Pro and couldn’t get a straight answer from apple or other certified retailers.

My Byte replaced a battery in my ancient MacBook Air. Thanks for the excellent improvement in battery life. It took a couple of weeks, but I’ll blame COVID.

My laptop had been indicating it needed a battery replacement for awhile, so I nervously made an appointment at My Byte to get it replaced. All my worries were for naught, as My Byte far surpassed my expectations - they called twice with friendly updates and my laptop now not only has a new battery, but a new keyboard and touch pad. Absolutely stoked, and they were super quick as well.

Was meant to have computer for 4 business days, ended up taking 8. Took computer home and it didn’t work, dropped it off again on a Friday afternoon, told to come back Monday then called 20 minutes later once home and told to come pick it up again.
Wasted my time, lost money for my business.

Replaced by MacBook Pro keyboard under Apple's keyboard service program. Friendly service and reasonable service time given the current COVID-19 conditions. Thanks guys:)
