Overall great service, helped me replace my battery and it is working well now. Feeling like using my phone for another 2-3 years, which is exciting. Just that now sure why we need to take off the screen cover for the repair but that’s fine.

I’ve had my Mac serviced here twice and have been very happy with the results. I think of my MacBook Pro like my precious, and feel confident leaving it here for a few days, knowing it will return in great condition. Staff are friendly too.

I came for my appointment today at 3 p.m. To fix the rear camera. Sonny Paul has served me. The service was outstanding, fast and efficient. My phone was completed within two hours. I highly recommend MyByte for their friendly and excellent service.

I had a problem with the Apple air tag product not pairing on my account.
After dealing with at least 6 Apple support people plus 5.5 hours & about 100 text messages …. Tracy from Mybyte Fitzroy store solved my issue within 15 minutes. She is a super woman, professional, helpful & resolved my issue that Apple paid support people could not over a 24 hour period.
Take note Apple employ people like Tracy that work & know on the products

These people are absolutely delightful, clever and generous of spirit. They fixed my situation, they fixed my vintage MacBookPro and I am just so happy! They were incredibly well priced and have so much expertise - highly recommend this place - 5 star service!

My Byte got my iPhone fixed very soon, which is even sooner than I expected. The staff there are very friendly and patient, and they answer all my questions in detail and helped me set up my iPhone after the issue was solved. Many thanks to them.

I came into Mybytes very anxious about both my phone and computer. I thought I must have viruses. However, I didn’t. Farbod showed me where my knowledge was lacking and quickly and clearly taught me the steps. No showed me another. Excellent service that was delivered quickly, thoughtfully and as simply part of customer service, , without charge.

I had great service from Paul. I went in with my iphone that had stopped taking charge, expecting to have to leave it and pay a decent amount to get it fixed. Paul cleaned the charging port which fixed it on the spot for no charge! Thanks Paul! I will come back for any future needs!

Made an appointment for iPhone battery replacement.
Was hoping to replace with another genuine battery.
Battery had been performing badly for a while then phone wouldn't turn on.
When phone wouldn't turn on My Byte said the phone was dead and couldn't be fixed. Did I mention the battery was poor then wouldn't turn on? Yes, yes I did.
Went to my local guy, replaced battery, phone working fine.
You are rubbish! No stars.
