Musashi Ramen reviews
28A variety of broths and ramen, along with good quick bite options. The broth was deep and rich, ramen was but out of texture, maybe overcooked for me but overall, loved it.
Service is perfect as its a japanese restaurant.
Ordered the tori shoyu with karaage.
The broth was really well made, flavour is outstanding and the noodles were cooked slightly firm (i prefer this but not everybody does).
The toppings were all decent.
Only downside is after adding the kaedama the broth was flooded with flour like particles, ruining the broth completely.
Unsure if it was already there but just at the bottom, but its most likely the extra noodles.
Would come back again.
NB: annoying vegetarian review of the vegetable ramen.
Underwhelming ramen, with an okay taste and - yeah - lots of mass, but a weird combination of skewered cherry tomatoes and mushroom clumps by the pot plant make for an average time.
This is hands down the best ramen I’ve had outside of Japan.
Amazing service, to die for broth and the truffle oil Edamame is just the icing on the ramen cake. ️
Good variety of options with a wide selection of interesting side dishes, including a truffle oil edamame which I forgot to take a photo of but was tasty. Vibe was pretty good too, would be an especially good place for Friday night dinner and drinks.
One of the best ramen in Melbs. I've tried a few, so my favourite is this restaurant! Broth is well made, so thick and rich in taste and aroma. Consistency in making the dishes is important! So they're doing a great job in that! Overall, would recommend that you try it yourself.
This place is the best ramen in Melbourne. Angela is an absolute gem. The plum wine is delicious. You cannot go wrong here. Service with a smile always.
Staff didn't speak Japanese. However, staff were very tentative & friendly. Miso was too salty but the unagi was delicious. I cannot judge their ramen because i didn't have any but those who did order it looked pleased and it looked very tasty. Hope it helps
