First time trying the Wagyu Ramen and I wasn't expecting it to be torched. But because it was torched, it gave the ramen a unique smoking beef flavour, which was really just perfect. Recommend to give it a try.

I had tonkotsu ramen, spicy tonkotsu ramen (red dragon?), karaage, gyoza, and beer! The tonkotsu ramen tasted very similar to the one I had in Japan, so I enjoyed it! However, it wasn't spicy at all, it felt like there was just a little more red pepper powder, and the karaage was dry, probably from frozen, and the batter was thick. The gyoza was edible, but it wasn't warm, and soy sauce was soaked in the bottom of the gyoza, so it was very salty when it came out. The ordering method is QR, so I thought there would be no menu mistakes, but I ordered air rice and it didn't come out until I finished eating.

I wouldn't call their Ramen good. It's average at best but they have some really good sides like the takoyaki and the karaage.

The ramen is super average and a little lacking in flavour when compared to hakata ramen across the road. Service was good and pretty fast. Price is decent for what you get.

Very nice place to grab a bite to eat! Lovely lighting and wide range of food to select from! Recommended for Solo Diners all the way up to bigger groups of 8 on the larger tables.
We had the "Feed Me Set", loved the ramen and wagyu, sadly the skewers were served a bit on the cold side, but that didnt stop us from enjoying the meal:)

The vibe is casual, and I ordered the tonkotsu ramen. I liked it, wasn’t too salty and the broth is rich. I also liked the long strip of pork (it’s not thick, just long) with the egg. Personally it’s not a PHENOMENAL ramen, but it wouldn’t be a bad choice:) 7/10

What happen to this store that I use to love
The broth lost its rich flavour and taste watered down
But still had it's basic flavour
Mojito was a favourite but was removed
Takoyaki was basically spares given to us and use flakes to cover one of the spaces in the plate
Fried chicken was clean but no real seasoning
Out of the experience the pizza gyoza was pretty good

Can always count on great food and friendly service at musashi ramen. Can't get enough of the hakata tonkotsu!

We had such an amazing time last night thanks to Jenn who was an incredible host to me and my friends! She has amazing service and made us feel comfortable! We sat upstairs where the music was really good, playing evening RnB vibes with Summer Walker, Daniel Caesar and the like!

Let’s not forget the black ramen and karage either, it was so delicious! Definitely coming back:)

Top quality ramen and good service, topped with reasonable prices makes this place a no-brainer.

Musashi Ramen, located very close to one of the Melbourne's busiest and finest Ramen heaven, Shujinko. The proximity to Shujinko increased my expectations from this place significantly.
Not a very pure Ramen ambience to start with for those who are looking for a very authentic Ramen vibe.
I ordered the spicy variant of their Tonkotsu Ramen i.e. Red Dragon.
Broth was excellent to start with it, very creamy and porky flavour, and to top it off, the kick from the spiciness made it even better.
The chashu on the other hand was less charred (what I prefer in a ramen), but nonetheless, the piece of it was decent. Not a match for the excellent broth though.
They also serve the Ramen with Seaweed, black fungus and the obvious, soft boiled marinated egg.
Noodle texture was out of the world indeed, but the chashu put me off from the 5 star rating.
I also ordered pork gyoza. They serve 7 pieces of these delightful dumplings. It had a strong vinegary flavour but otherwise, it was an excellent side dish for a ramen.

Awesome service, cozy place for couples and small groups, great upper floor seating for larger groups and warm, dim and wooden interior.

The food itself was amazing. Simple online menu (no printed menus) which feature some great broth choices. Chicken was so tender that you can't help but wish you had more. Noodles are a bit firm but you can tell they are made in house, but not sure if you can change the texture of noodles on request.

Only odd thing about the place is the rave music, but can be looked past with the great vibe it provides.

My absolute favourite black garlic ramen. Tried the claypot gyoza today. Sooooooooooooo good. We couldn't stop oohing and aahing as we were slurping everything up. Love the food scene in Melbourne. So diverse and so authentic.

Super tasty and a server specifically asked if I was vegan of vegetarian when I got the vegetable ramen and then had a follow of question of if I wanted egg noodles or soba noodles. Really impressed with this as it can sometimes be a gamble as a non meat eater! Will 100% come again

Had the special Wagyu with soy soup, minimalistic but no egg. They blow torched the raw Wagyu strips at the table. It was very good but not great

I love this place. The ramen was really good and the ambiance was really unique. Very easy to find and very affordable. It tastes authentic and has good selection of drinks. The only downside was the wagyu skewer, the meat was tough and it tasted bland. We also didn't get the chance to try their specialty drinks because it was way too busy. Other than that, ramen lovers should check out this place.

THE BEST THE BEST THE BEST ramen I have EVER had! The thin wagyu beef slices are also a must have, I could a whole bowl of that alone! The staff are great too, HIGHLY recommend!

Came here instead of my usual across the road of Hakata Gensuke because we had a small window for dinner and they accepted bookings.

The broth of the hakata tonkotsu was excellent but it was sadly downhill from the there.
The chasu pork had some sort of sweet teriyaki style glaze on it that does not suit this ramen style at all.
The egg was overcooked - yolk almost fully hard.
The noodles were fine, but just fine, and that let them down too.

We also tried some giblets and ox tongue yakitori for they were so over cooked I don’t feel I can review them. The restaurant did agree they were overcooked and took them off our bill.

Good food, for me the broth of the chicken ramen was a too basic not very rich. The salmon capaccio and edamame where very good. Good portions!
