Mum's Kebab and Burger Tarniet

Very poor customer service! I think there has been a change of ownership. No more the high quality it used to be. No itemised receipts surely.they are to give that as a business! Would not recommend.

This is an updated review since the last entry. Would recommend, improved customer service and delicious kebabs! Great team!

Ordered a large hsp for 20 dollars there hsp is not good at all avoid that it’s so oily for no reason there’s not enough sauce on it plus I asked for extra tissues he said it’s closing time and aggressively gave me extra tissue if you want to save tissue I’ll buy a pallet and give it to you!

Wish I could give ZERO stars here! I never complain about any restaurant but this one is absolutely the worst! I ordered 3 Chicken HSPs with them for an amount of 54.99 AUD, they put the WRONG name on my order and my name on someone elses order and mixed them up! The driver brought the food to me with MY NAME ON IT and it had a single HSP box inside, I told the driver this isnt my food and he showed me my name! My name was on it! But the order was not mine! I called the restaurant but they kept blaming the driver and said the driver has SWITCHED our name tags? ! This was obviously not the case because the driver actually went to the family he delivered my food wrongfully, the family talked to me through the driver's phone and told me the 3 HSP order they got HAD THEIR NAME ON IT! Which was MY order! Everyone was contacting this restaurant about this issue including the driver, me and the family who got their order switched with mine and the restaurant flat out refused and misbehaved. WHILE I WAS COMPLETELY charged for the order I never received! Thanks to this awful service & handling of this restaurant! Never placing any order ever with them again and will inform everyone about their service! Highly disappointed!

Ordered four lamb kebabs. Very bad customer service and unfortunately the kebabs were very oily and heavy. Not very happy with the food and disappointed as I always try to support local businesses.

Just ordered a HSP with low expectations and was really surprised how tasty and enjoyable it was. Even my 6 year old loved it and his hard to please with food. Thank you so much for the good experience and feed!

Tried their chicken kebab for the very first time last night when no other kebab shops were open in the area. Just to be honest, I was not keeping my hopes high but all the 4 kebabs we have ordered turned out very delicious and well balanced with the quantity of chicken, salad and sauce. Prices were very reasonable too. Service is little slow which can be compromised on as taste, quality and quantity is good. Surely, we would love to order again from this place.:)

Worst taste ever, not enough quantity as compared to the price, ordered chicken hsp and recieved lamb hsp. Highly unsatisfying and recommend others not to visit

Ridiculously unprofessional. Everytime i order a meat container its different price. With different server its different price and depends on who serving you get different deal. Some time it comes with drink sometime not. Sort it out guys

Well awesome taste and decent size Kebab. My family loved it. Yes service could be bit faster but worth waiting for the taste! Recomended for sure

Please have kebabs at other places first.

There was some initial confusion with the order but that got sorted straightaway with the owner/manager. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

The meat was not even close to being tender and the bread was so dry. It doesn't taste like it's freshly made. Staffs were not friendly at all! Bad experience! Definitely NOT a place for good kebab!

The price is more and the quantity is less compared to other shops

Pathetic hsp in had tonight. Oily fries and lamb meat was not cooked properly. I returned them. Lost my 20 dollars here on hsp

They only have chicken. I prefer lamb i.e. Not that awful minced "loaf" stuff either. "doner". YUK! The chicken was good, but it was the only option, unfortunately.

Food was cold and hard asked for a medium mixed meat box got a portion of less than a small wouldn't call it a meat box at all it was about the portion of the meat in a HSP
