Mum's Kebab and Burger Tarniet reviews
60 Nice late night treat
If you stuck in city with late night fun you can count on mum’s kebab
Really not happy with service and food. I ordered 1 mix kabab in container.wait for it 20 minutes and when opened it at home it was 90% lamb and 10% chicken.never ever going there…. Not recommended.
I used to buy two regular HSP twice a week regularly. (mix n chicken) I realised 3-4 weeks ago they are giving less portion size each time. Now I dont think its worth the price. We will be not going there anymore
Best in the town. Customer since 2020 and never being disappointed. Great food and excellent service.
My kids are picky eaters especially with food they’ve never tried before. We were going to get Mum’s Kebabs and Burgers for my husband and get them McDonalds until they smelt the food. Once they tried it they loved it. Ended up getting another plate. Mum’s Kebab were fast at making our food and really nice. Thank you so much for the food, we loved it
Don’t even try disgusting food. Kebab is withoit chicken and not fresh not hot I don’t understand how this even have. 3 star
Worst HSP, paid $18 & get cold chips, too much sauce and almost no meat. I believe that they are using frozen chips from coles. Never go back to their food trailer again.
Excellent meal every time love love love there mixed hsp, do prefer thick cut chips opposed to fries
Been having kebabs, hsp’s and burgers here from couple of months.
Best kebabs.
Fresh salad.
Decent prices.
Best parking spot.
Food was alright and cheaper than other places. Portion sizes could be a bit bigger but no other complaints. Service was fast and gets the job done.
Not as bad as the other reviews I've read they deserve more than 2.9 stars.
I have to say, my experience with this restaurant was absolutely disgusting. From the moment we walked in, we could smell the overpowering scent of oil and grease that permeated the entire place. It was enough to make my stomach turn, but we decided to give it a chance anyway.
Unfortunately, the food was just as bad as the smell. We ordered some meat dishes and were horrified to find that the meat tasted like a corpse's waste. It was tough, chewy, and had an unmistakable flavor of decay. We couldn't even finish our meals, it was so revolting.
I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. The food was not only unappetizing but also downright disgusting. If you're looking for a place to eat, do yourself a favor and save your money by avoiding this restaurant at all costs. Trust me, it's not worth the risk of getting sick or feeling disgusted.
Great food and friendly staff, my order was finished within 10 minutes which was a nice and chill time to wait.
Poor customer service and long wait even if you're the first customer in the line. I am getting wet in the rain and no shed for the customers.
Best place for kebabs and HSP! Highly recommended!
And specially never ever forget about late night craving! They open till late which is best part of business!
Not recommended expensive and bad quality. Took HSP and just found 80% chips and 20% meat.
The worst service ever… denies TAX invoice even after asking several times for it… I specifically asked for cheesy hotdogs without any sauce on it, but they gave me the normal hotdog with sauce, yet kept the price for cheesy hotdog… simply said “sorry, can’t do anything now”… never gave me back the price difference even! Treats customers with the lowest attitude! I’m never going there again even by mistake…EVER! Extremely disappointing!
Worst and disgusting taste. Too much salt. I got large HSP. Worst HSP ever. Low quality fries. Too much oil and salt. I vomitted twice. Hope I could give negative rating
Bad food and bad service.
I ordered a large hsp and even though they charge top dollar, the food quality is bad
Let me start this review by simply saying this. If you run a kebab shop, and that kebab shop is located in a busy shopping centre car park, it's a Saturday evening, Easter Saturday of all Saturdays, and you haven't got a single customer lined up waiting.your the problem.
Where do I even begin here?
As I said, situated in a busy shopping centre car park, it's Easter Saturday so it's substantially busier than it usually is. When I arrived, it took me longer to find a park than it did to place my order. There was no line, there were obviously no orders in front of me, it took them all of five minutes to put my order together, and I was attempting to eat it within six or seven minutes.
Which segways me nicely into the kebab part of the review.
To be quite frank, this was one of the single worst attempts at a kebab I have ever eaten, and I say "attempt", because whoever attempted to wrap this kebab had clearly either never done it before, or is obviously not very good at it.
In fact I don't know how they had managed it, but they actually managed to wrap the outer layer of the kebab outside of the elfoil wrap, you would think it's impossible, apparently it's not.
The ingredients weren't anything special either, the chicken was dripping with grease, but yet somehow dry at the same time. The entire outer layer of the elfoil was just covered in grease, I couldn't get a decent enough grip on it to eat it in just the elfoil, had to eat it out of the bag.
If the garlic sauce was there, I couldn't taste it, in fact I think they might have forgotten the garlic sauce, because I legitimately couldn't taste it.
The salads looked like they had been sitting out for a while, the cheese partially melted and then just congealed together.
The only credit I will give to these people is that they use sliced black olives, so I guess that's something.
The end result of all of this was that I gave up about four or five mouthfuls in, chucked it in the bin and went to Subway.
Oh, btw, $12, they're charging $12 for a standard, practically inedible kebab.
Excuse me while I go and throw up.
Good taste of food but not recommended always. Available late night which is good if don’t have any other option available.
