Good maintenance but the prices are little expensive. But the quality is very good. Everything looks very premium and handmade in India. Even the cotton is very premium quality.

Literally the cutest store ever and everything is priced super well. Best place to go for school supplies too seeing as books are under $5 most of the time and majority of stationary is around $1. Cutest store

Best Japanese product store. Good quality products at all levels of pricing to suit your affordability. Love it that they have a kids & resting corner. You could try and test out most of their products which is great and there isn’t any sales person to haunt you around the store. Very nice and relax atmospher to shop in and friendly staff

Lena was very friendly and helpful! She quickly helped me found the clothes in the right sizes that I needed, and she also kindly provided me with useful advice on choosing outfits for different occasions. Overall, it was a very pleasant shopping experience, highly recommend!

Amazing to see all the things they have inside. A huge varieny of different items so it was really nice looking around. Items are a bit expensive but think they are worth the price tag.

Love the new location. It's slightly modified to suit Melbourne and has plenty of space to just chill out and drink coffee. I hope they offer food soon.

They reopened in a new place. I like the new style and it let me feel comfortable. I bought something on sale. Every time I come to the store I will feel peaceful and relaxed.

They're having a relocating sale right now so some things are out of stock. Service is great, Vivienne in particular was really sweet and helpful.

Don’t order from Muji! We are so upset about our order.
We ordered two pieces of furniture back in November 2018 from muji chadstone.we were told they will be shipped from Japan in 2 months time. In the end, we waited for 4 months. During this time we made numerous call to follow up with our order.
In March, after contacting them again, they told us the furnitures arrived but one of them has been sold to another customer!
After 4 months of waiting, I rang again, only to be told that they sold my order to someone else!
So now muji’s offered solution is, I take the remaining piece of furniture, and place an order for the piece that they sold and to wait for another 3 months. I will receive 10% off but will have to pay delivery again. So I will need to pay delivery twice for Muji’s mistake, not to mention the whole waiting.
I am so disappointed and upset, the stock management is a joke. I’ve read the bad muji furniture reviews before but didn’t know it will happen to us like this.

Nice to have a muji in the south east suburbs but that's about it.
This store is very small compared to the Emporium Melbourne store (which os also fairly small compared to international stores). For this reason, items (full price and sale) are extremely limited. If youre after clothes or shoes, the common sizes are always out of stock leaving only smalls and extra large.
Probably the only thing thats reliably in stock are its homewares and stationery.
Ultimately, the store is okay, but wouldn't recommend coming purposely for this specific store. If you're in Chadstone, check it out but if youre after something specific, you're better off going to the city store.
