Went on a Sat noon, very quiet and guy serving was very pleasant to deal with, quite chatty. MSY usually have the best prices, Mitcham store is a bit small (vs Clayton) but fine for getting PC parts

Has a wide range of computer parts often (though, not always) at market leading prices. The website has improved slightly from years ago, but it is still quite poorly implemented. Customer service is not always as good as it could be with a manner that sometimes borders on robotic.

Amazing service, people there are very friendly. All around would recommend buying there. And prices cannot be beat.

Customer service is not the greatest but you can't go past their product range and advice.have and will use them again.

Very helpful, had an issue with a new build and they fixed the issue within a very reasonable time frame.

I wouldn't look anywhere else, although I will say that if you've had a bad experience with them not answering phones or replying to emails as I did, just walk into the store. Small team, can get really busy but they're super.

Used to be really competitive and the benchmark for all things computer related. Loved going to spend money on my rig. Now, despite being asked to raise my concerns they have failed to acknowledge my emails. I wouldn't re commend blindly accepting their prices anymore.

Some of the best prices on computer parts in Melbourne although it helps to call ahead as they don't always have everything from the website in stock and they can have long slow queues in store. The customer service can be poor (although had a very good experience on my last visit so maybe it's picking up).

Didn't update me when my order would be ready, I had to chase them, then didn't have everything in stock. Verbally misquoted me a price and then responded with "it's only 20 bucks". Talked down to us, were massively arrogant and lacking customer service. May be cheap, but you're better off spending money elsewhere with people that actually care.

Arguably the cheapest computer store chain in Melb. MSY have been around for more than a decade and are consistently cheap. Can pay to call ahead of you want a specific make/model to ensure stock levels. Not a full service shop - if you need help figuring out what you want, this is not the place. Research before you go, and the value will be yours.

As far as MSY stores go, the staff on my recent visits were polite, helpful and having good product knowledge and general helpfulness which i dont often see at MSY. Keep it up

Just like the Seinfeld soup kitchen. There’s “rules” to this place. There’s a process. You gotta know what you want, this ain’t HN. You stand in line, wait your turn and explain what you want clearly. Even better is a list ready to go. You get the stuff, you pay and keep it moving.

This MSY store is open over weekend, so makes it perfect for shopping if you are busy during the week. Easy service, never had any problem, great prices (small credit card surcharge).

MSY Mitcham is the best among other MSY branches in VIC. In terms of customer service, excellent! Cheap and always have stock all the time. Cheerful staff and knowledgeable manager who is working there. This branch could set a good example for other MSY branches.
