MSY Technology Mitcham

Have gone to them for years, but not now. They won't produce a system over the counter anymore. Only online order, AND then have to pay $28 delivery to my doorstep. I recieved the system and then had to take it into the Mitcham store for a RAM upgrade, because there is no way to upgrae online.

Then I just went to centercom down the road, and their advertised systems are provided over the counter with modifications welcome, with that personal touch.

Sorry, but MSY need to get stores stocked, The guy told me to order SSD drives online, no stock at the store just at the main warehouse? Went to Centrecom and got some ok.

The place to source computer cables and parts.great with price but not customer service or shop experience.

Good pricing. Service is good. I had go back and return because of wrong information provided be the one of staff member. They return the product but could be better. Better do your own research before you go there.

I have purchased parts to build my last two computers from this store. They are always helpful and easy to deal with.

Most recently, when my computer developed a problem, they talked me out of foolishly spending money on random parts to fix it and instead recommended a local computer repair business that was able to diagnose my problem within minutes.

This ended up saving me a lot of money and I was able to return and buy the correct parts.

Great service and Very trustworthy. I'll certainly be back!

One must remember that this business is not for the technically challenged but one must know their items in order to get thr best out of your dollar. I have been purchasing from this business when it was initiated in Malvern and it has expanded to the following several stores.

Of course I will return. I am a little perplexed with the covid-19 style sales but I'll get used to it.

Perfect one stop shop for everything needed to build a big new powerful gaming computer. The staff know their stuff, I used click and collect and my items were ready in 20 minutes. They even threw in the motherboard mount screws, which I no longer had, great service. Saving my sanity during lockdown, thank you Msy.

Rude staff, and they kept calling me "man" when I'm a woman. Go to centercom just down the road, they have much better customer service.

Excellent customer service. Our office couldn't find the USB receiver for a keyboard/mouse combo purchased from MSY Technology and they offered to replace it free of charge, same day service. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

Always one of the cheapest suppliers of IT equipment. Not fancy, not the best service, but perfect if you already know what you require.

Only had to return something once and had no real issue, just not fancy and not the best service.

These guys are amazing! Really hard time to get the right parts for a good gaming PC within budget but they sorted it out for a great price! Helpful with identifying parts conflicts, great cable management, 10/10 all around
