이선생 국밥 Mr. Lee's Foods reviews
52I really love this place. I came here since last 2 years. Never changed taste I always get satisfied. I recommend this place!
One of the best Korean Restaurants in Australia hands down. It is just as good as the pork broth I had in Busan Korea. Also the fermented bean dipping sauce for the pork belly dish is to die for.
Tried their pork trotter, pork soup and steam soodae. Had a take away at this time, our food were nicely packed. Overall taste of the food was not bad. Would recommend if you wanted to try some authentic korean cuisine.
Take away is available. Items are nicely packed in container for you to take home and reheat, wiht all the yummy condiments. As delicious as having it in the restaurant.
Very authentic, maybe a little to authentic for me. The food was nice and, cooked fresh. But the take away got very messy. It's worth a try it you are looking for something different.
Good
-Tasty korean soup.
-Value for money.
-Good portion.
-Friendly staff.
-Best soup I have ever eaten in Australia.
Bad
-Small korean restaurant. 10 tables only.
-No reservation available. You must come and wait. But it is worthy.
If you are looking for korean authentic sundea and radish kimchi, this is the place you looking for.
You know it's authentic when the entire menu is in Korean! I think they've recently started handing out English translation cards, which is funny as
Great Soon DAE - Korean pork dark glass noddle sausage soup with different parts. Quite authentic, amazing to see so many Korean to crave for the soup.
Most legit gukbab is Melbourne, not laden with msg.
Sooyok is a nice complement dish.
Small restaurant so highly suggest booking especially on weekends.
The best authentic Korean restaurant that I eaten in Melbourne. Just remind me the home town. Thank you Mr. Lee!
This Korean restaurant is unlike any other usual Korean restaurants, only specializes in “soondae” (korean pork sausage) and “soondae gukbab” (hot pot sausage soup). That’s pretty much all they have in their menu so if you are looking for other popular Korean menus you won’t find them there. They have the best korean pork sausages even though it’s a bit pricy. To have the soup on a cold, windy day is an irresistable choice to make. I’d always stop by to take away “soondae” whenever I’m around the neighborhood.
