Friendly helpful staff, even though I didn't purchase anything, the guy suggested I try this out first and then see him, saved my some cash so really good service, that's why I keep going back.
I recently took a ride on mower into the North Geelong mowers galore for them to assess. It had been neglected over many years of use before I inherited it. They had the mower for a little over a week where they rewelded the deck brackets and replaced several components including the blades and side shute. I collected the mower and was surprised at the small cost for the volume of work they had completed.
I took the mower out to a country block and was thrilled with the improvement. It drives and cuts like a new mower. Thanks guys!
I have bought heaps of stuff from these guys over the past 5 years (chainsaw, wiper sniper, ride on mower, brush cutter, tiler, log spliters) and they are always helpful and friendly in the store. My ride-on snapped off one of the blade pulleys because only 1 of the 3 welds on the pulley connected with the base plate. I rang them up and wanted it to be repaired due to faulty manufacture. Whoever I spoke to was pretty rude and didn't want to know about it. I got the repairs done myself but I won't be going back. It's hard to get new customers but it's not hard to keep them.
