Just picked up a Honda Lawn mower customer service was great very professional friendly I'd defentley go back there again.

No communication when repair was delayed. Argued and made excuses when I complained. Very poor customer service.

Just bought a new lawn scarifier today and i was really impressed with the service, for a young team they we're really knowledgeable, They delivered it to my house for same day delivery and then spent 5-10 minutes with me running through all the details. I'll be recommending you guys to any other lawn addicts like myself. Thanks guys

Finally got new mower. Masport series 2000. Came pretested and loaded with oil & fuel. Runs like a charm lawn looks great

Mowers Galore Geelong have serviced my old mover with great results allas everything comes to an end, the old one still works but I work hard with long hours and thought what the hell treat yourself. I walked in to the shop and within 3 mins I explained the size of my yard and my budget. A happy young redhead man gave me excellent advice and under $650 I was on my way. The staff put a full tank of fuel and oil and checked it over. The new masport is so easy to use my youngest son has been given the job of the lawns, Win, Win

You don't get all your parts and when asked to post them yeah yeah phone a week later ye forgot to post it not happy

Quick, friendly & helpful service. Only go there to have my lawn mower maintained & serviced, don't have any negative interactions or experiences going there, it's all been positive.

Big on advice and customer service. Purchased a Honda Buffalo from Daniel from Mowers Galore. Very happy with mower.

My mum asked for the spring on the lid on the mower for where the catcher goes to be replaced they said $10 for the repair. Upon receiving the mower back they said they serviced the lawn mower and demanded $210 for the service. This was NOT correct she did not ask for that. Congratulations Mowers Galore you have lost myself and my mum as customers because of your greed. Obviously they value ripping off customers than trying to resolve the issue. I hope no one ever goes to your company for business; you lying, thieving, charlatans.

They are very friendly, and helpful and when you pick up your mower from a service, it's like new

Update: Got a discount of RRP this time around for a Husqvarna combi blower attachment. Upping the star rating.

Original review: Good store but, Would not price match or discount at all against the competition in Melb. I got a Husqvarna 374ivx $110 cheaper from their competitors. $210 for the battery and $240 for the charger high end version (500 model). Freight to my door from competitor was cheap.

They don't fix equipment properly, repeatedly! I have recommended the company I work for takes it's business elseware. I don't recommend to buy products from mowers galore. When they fix them they take a long time and don't fix equipment properly. There not the only game in town.

Brilliant Products (Husqvarna chainsaws, trimmers, ride on lawn mowers) supported by a great team who know their product inside & out.

Took my mower there that was running a little rough for a service. After paying an astrological price for that I went to use it but the mower wouldn't even start. So had to take it back again. Now after second service (luckily didn't cost anything) they said it should be all good. But here I am 6 months down the track with a mower that has NEVER been worse. It doesn't start. Struggles to run when it does and constantly dies. I WON'T be going back there.

My husband went here today to look at chainsaws and told me he was so impressed with the salesman Sam and his advise and help totally without a "sales pitch" he ended up buying one. He said Sam got him all the tips to help a bloke with no motor knowledge the confidence to go home and saw away, I just scared he might not come back inside as he looks like he is having to much fun, thanks again Sam.

I bought a pressure washer elsewhere and they didn't want to know about me when it broke down. Someone recommended Mowers Galore. I went there, he researched the part on the computer which took some time and within two days it was there. Friendly and efficient service. A class act these people.

Fantastic, got the old little generator running smooth as a new one, the staff very friendly and helpful, a great shop
