I enquired about some wheels which they were unable to help me on however, the service was helpful and tried all they could without brushing me aside.

10/10 for service and experience. I have come back here time and time again, wouldn't ever considered anywhere else. I have had a few slow leaking tyre fixed here free of charge which is unreal considering you can't get anything for free these days!

Our first guy was good, after having to return 2 hours later, second guy said we will have to wait another 2 hours, I said we have already waited 2 hours, tyre still not put on rim, also had to argue about your guys putting tyre back on as husband cannot do it, first guy said it would be done as he said it when we booked at noon, have been going to your company for years, but after today's service I'm considering going elsewhere when I need tyres again

Let me start off with saying that this review is based purely on waiting time rather than quality of product. This review has not been written in haste and I have allowed 5 days to pass before reviewing without any biasness.

I recently had new tyres fitted and the service and assistance by Jordan was fantastic.

I returned several months later to have new wheels fitted. I booked in advance, received 2 sms notifications advising of fitment on a particular day and was the first customer to arrive at 07: 45.

The fitment was said to take an estimated 2hrs. Granted.

First person in the store, I would thought that my car would be attended to immediately.well not in this case.

Customers started arriving and I could that their vehicles would be taken around to the workshop before mine. More customers and more vehicles entering the workshop. My vehicle still out front.

I then proceeded to walk the block and saw my car in the workshop - not hoisted. I walked the block 4 more times and vehicle still on the shop floor.

I went back into the showroom for 30mins then went around to the side and saw the car hoisted. So I proceeded to walk the block again. Car still on hoist and nothing done to it for a further 4 more block rotations.

By now 3 hours have passed. Other customers coming and going. Even so, customers were arriving 2hrs after me were leaving before me. This is no exaggeration and can all be proved on video camera if needed.

By this time, it was 10: 05, and I vented my slight frustration in a calm manner and was told by <name withheld> that the wheels were being fitted now. So I went around the side (street view) at 10: 40 and the vehicle was still where I saw it on the hoist an hour ago.

So I went back into the showroom and asked for an explanation. I was told that other priority customers were being attended to: for wheel punctures, tyre fitment etc were more important - per se. WHAT! More important (buying a whole new wheel package is not important).

I asked to have my old wheels put back on so I could leave - I had my own customers I had to deal with without the need to be held up by a major wheel and tyre group.

The car was attended to immediately and was out of there by 11: 15.
Total of 3.5hrs!

In summary, if you need tyres and wheels, you can get them purchased at any local tyre store - the products are the same so no difference where you go, you may save a few dollars but most are willing to price match.so a small tip, if you can go local and support your local business, it may be a better option and you may likely find that you will get in and out faster and also not having to drive the distance.

You may say why didn't I go local - yes, I did, however Motorsport Wheels were looking at another issue for me and with the help they provided me on that, the least I could do was thank them with purchasing a new set of tyres.and wheels from them. In short I am happy with my new wheels and the guys in the workshop also apologised for the delay.

Excellent service from a quality company from whom I've purchased four sets of tyres, and when the present set of 'other tyres' on my recently purchased W166 ML350 require replacing, then Motorsport Wheels & Tyres will be my destination. It's a 1 3/4 hr drive, but well worth it in money saved, courteous and prompt service, and ultra friendly staff, thanks folks, you're the best

I don’t know if MSWT is the best tyre service centre in Australia but it is the best one I’ve ever use and I have been a regular customer for several years now. Key reasons

1: prices - transparent and competitive, generally they are the cheapest I can find
2: range - I’ve always been able to source the exact tyre I want there
3: efficient- fitting it’s usually all done within 30-45 minutes (their waiting area facilities are also outstanding)
4: staff- friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Not sure if their motto is “service before profit” but it always feels that way whenever I visit. Keep up the great work guys!

This place has been one of the best places for tyres and wheels. I have been a long time customer and i was always getting good service. But today i am very disappointed. I took my car to balance the 4 tyres. They only did 2 tyres and I was charged for 4. I noticed that the back tyres weren't touched because the break dust on the wheel had no fingerprints. The front wheels had fingerprints. I talked with the workers there and they dont know why there are no fingerprints prints. They also told me that all 4 tyres were done. I really want to go back to this place in the future but i didnt get a proper answer and got no apology.
