I went in on a busy Thursday afternoon for a replacement of four tyres, Jackson was wonderful. Very courteous explaining the varying tyres stocked at the warehouse and ensured my vehicle was ready to go promptly and updated me throughout the whole process. I will definitely be returning with all my further tyre needs after this impressive experience

Fantastic service! I called about a tyre that I was struggling to find at most other tyre places and I was told they were able to order one in the the next few days. After speaking over the phone, I decided to bring in my tyre to see if it could be fixed rather than replaced, and if not I would leave the tyre there to be replaced when the new one came in. I was told they were able to and happy to fix it, and it was done for me in 10 minutes on the spot. Will be returning next time I need a tyre fixed/replaced:)

This busy wheel and tyre retail business has every style of wheel and tyre that you can imagine and ever want.
The sales team are fantastic and very knowledgeable so can assist you with any questions you have regarding wheel's and Tyres for your ride.
The Tyre technicians who fit, balance and wheel align your car are second-to-none. The equipment level is very good with six bay's to work on cars simulateously. This is a very busy enterprise.
The very important issue of pricing; I can say they are very competitive and will match or better a competitor price.
I have personally phoned around using The Tyre factory and Bob Jane TMart and Motorsport Tyres have price beaten them everytime.
With the Covid supplier disruption issues; their supplier connections allow them to obtain tyres that are hard to get or are out of stock with other tyre retailers. If they can't get a tyre you want it's not in the country.
Be aware that you'll be at this place for a good 2 hours while the fitment team do their work on your vehicle.
The waiting area is fantastic. MSWT provide free coffee, water, and even a coke if you please. Comfortable lounge and tables if you wish to do work on your laptop or you can watch top gear on their big TV screen. I even have a playpen for the young children. The toilets are always spotless.
Plenty of parking and you will not have a problem with finding one.

Will give ZERO star if there is an option!
Sales are rude, Technian are extremely UNprofessional!

Get one of my tyres changed one month ago and just there weeks that one flatted AGAIN!
So went back to the shop and get changed coz not under warranty.
Sales convinced me to get another two changed.
Drove back on the freeway the tyre pressure went wrong again.
Went to a petrol station to check the pressure, three new tyres (two front) are all with 42psi! The max load of pressure for the front is 35psi!
I called back the sales first said " I know that car you need to put it at 42psi" then I asked him why the instruction indicates 35psi, can't believe that he said that is not true! Then I asked why put the leave the rest one on 32psi (which normal pressure) he said "MAYBE THE TECHNIAN FORGOT! "
Cost me almost 1000 to get 4tyres changed with this unbelievable rubbish service!
NOW I WAS WONDERING THE FIRST ONE STILL PUT ON 42PSI AND THAT IS WAY IT WAS FLATTED ONLY IN THREE WEEKS.
WILL NEVER GO TO THE SHOP AGAIN!

Reasonable service and the boys did a nice job fitting four new tyres. I was told a full balance was carried out only to find out a week later they were 20 and 40 grams out of balance. This resulted in vibrations when driving at higher speeds. I won't discourage people from MS but they must show more care, especially when dealing with performance cars.

The whole experience was great, got my low profile tyre cheap, on sale, was fitted in half an hour and the people I dealt with were nice and helpful

Good service originally, but, trying to replace (there) missing caps that fell off waited 2 weeks nothing so im not goin back

They were fantastic from taking my details, giving me a prox time to complete the job and follow up if i was happy with the service.
A rating which is a hard thing to get now days.well done guys

Got a tyre fixed on Saturday with extremely great service speciality tyre in stock and done straight away, couldn’t be any happier highly recommended thanks guys
