We had dinner there yesterday. Amazing quality of food and very tasty. Service was excellent, atmosphere is very friendly and cosy. Definitely will come again.

Moshi Moshi is pretty good. It's very affordable compared to Komeyui, but the quality is not as nice. Good lunch specials.

BEST Japanese food in and around Port Melbourne/Bay Street and some of the friendliest staff out there. I have had the buffet menu multiple times now and the high quality is very consistent. I believe the recent menu had less items on it since the first time I visited and in similar arrangements the icecream is part of the buffet menu where you have to pay separately here. If you order drinks and icecream the bill adds up fairly quickly but it's still worth it. Stop reading and go enjoy!

Great food and great service! Came here with foodie friends and we ordered the sashimi platter, soft shell crab spider roll, seaweed salad, Hawaiian poke roll, sushi donut, calamari and the 7 spiced tempura prawns - we thoroughly enjoyed the spread! Thank you! I visited again last Sunday with my partner and tried their buffet menu. It's incredibly good value for money and so worth it! Highly recommend it - make sure you wear stretchy pants though.

Best Japanese food on Bay Street. They have been around longer than i have lived in Port. Great staff, seafood is always fresh. Portion sizes are great. Love the gyoza, the beans and the kids love the sushi. This time we tried the chicken curry with a serving of rice, it was so good and different.

We just moved to South Melbourne so finding Moshi Moshi was a nice surprise. We went two nights in a row it was that good. The service is prompt, the wine list is good, the sushi is at a great middle of the road price point. We felt like we got a great experience for our money.

Indeed, my favorite Japanese restaurant in Melbourne. Food quality is consistent all the time. Cozy and warm. No fancy stuffs, truly comfortable food!

Good food, my favourite was the chocolate spring roll w/ ice cream to finish off the meal.
I left satisfied and as full as a boot.
