Went to the store the other day for some help with my phone not working, was greeted by Allison and she was very helpful from start to end, we managed to get my phone fixed. Was very happy with the customer service. Well done Allison!

Jasleen is amazing. Best customer service I have had in any type of shop for a very long time. She was extremely helpful and made sure I was set up on the new phone which made my life much easier.

Just want share my experience. Laaj is amazing. She has perfect knowledge all the deals. She puts all the effort to convince guest. She is way too good.
Very courteous, and friendly service. She handles every single things with a care.

Sri is such a humble and genuine guy. He literally goes out of his way to help you out and make sure you leave a happy customer. He makes sure you get the plan for your needs and dpesnt try to oversell the products. 10/10 would recommend him as staff of the year.

Adam did a awesome job helped us on a complicated switching account name and plan case, he really demonstrated his professionalism and technical competency at work. Highly recommended Vodafone store at Foresthill center. His manager also empowered him with a great deal of autonomy, very flexible saved us an extra trip next day.

Really unprofessional and not helpful. I wanted to see the colour of Huwawei P30 and he was asking me to look underneath the locked phones.

Worst customer service, staff lack of knowledge, rude and ignorant staff.

Experienced a Very bad customer service today 12/01/2019. Very disappointed about the behaviour of the two men who are working there at the moment. They gave us an unsealed iPhone X’s which had finger prints on the screen when we open the box and refused to take it back when we went to return it. Very irresponsible and not trust worthy.

The staff is friendly, his name is Sharif, he let stay back and helped me transfer my postpaid to prepaid even though it not his duty. The service from the employee is best i have seen but the telecom service of vodafone is not that great. If you are instore, make sure you go to him for best service.

Just got mine and my partners' phones upgraded to the Galaxy S9 on new Red Plans and I couldn't be happier! We'd spent months making phone call after phone call trying to get our plan back to a shared one after we temporarily separated them, but the Vodafone Call Centre team were practically useless at actually getting this done. We went in, spoke to Neha and she got it done in a jiffy! Now we have new phones, a new (better) plan and it's all thanks to Neha! She's a credit to your company and especially the Forest Hill store. Funny, approachable and she has excellent customer service! Special mention also to Kriti who helped out with a few things. These girls deserve a payrise! Hang onto them, it's hard to find good help these days!

Brought a phone there, the girl at the counter told me to come in @ 9am the next day (Australia day) & she would set up my new phone, I waited at the front of the store until 10 am & no one arrived,
rang vodafone customer service who couldn't find the store on their system & didn't bother listening properly to the questions I was asking,
not happy!
