I had a very good experience at Vodafone Forest Hills. I was served by Himanshu who was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I went in to see if there were any new plans for
my iPhone 11 and came out with an iPhone 14 for the same price. I was very happy with that and my whole experience. I’m a big fan of Vodafone and Himanshu just confirmed my expectations and experience.
Also I took mum into Vodafone too see if there was a better plan for her and she left with a brand new Samsung. Meet served us and we found him to be very helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Just wanted to post a review to give the gentleman who helped us today some recognition. The last two times we have come in to enquire about our plan/upgrade phones we have been helped by Himanshu and he is so lovely! Always happy to help and goes above and beyond. The boys at Vodafone Forest Hill were very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble for them they went out of their way to help me far and beyond their call of duty they are simply the best Vodafone store that I've been to and I will tell every one else to go there I will highly recommend them

Himanshu was fantastic! His level of customer service was excellent. I have been to many stores and never been this happy. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Your store is empty, why? ! Staff are not friendly n very aggressive in terms of walking into store n looking. Aggressively ask for covid vaccination whereas Telstra opposite were all friendly n full of customers! As a Vodaphone customer I was checking out phones n sales staff suspiciously standing near me obviously profiling me as I was in my stay at home clothes. I’ll upgrade thru another kiosk.

The support I received was thorough and timely and my issue was addressed with a single interaction and product I was offered was as per my requirement. Great Customer Service by Himanshu.
