Morwell Centenary Rose Garden reviews
43Amazing collection of roses. Unbelievable the varieties of roses. Should have more publicity to visit and can add attractions in the garden.
Spectacular display of roses but I just have an issue with having to show vaccination certificate for an open-air venue.
Good 30 minute relaxing stop after a long drive on the freeway. Had popsicles sitting on the chair around under the tree on a hot day.
Cute. I wonder what the contents of the name tag of each garden bed means.breed, name? Origin? Year?
Fantastic place to visit well done to the people who look after the beautiful rose garden in Morwell excellent great experience visiting there all the very best to all involve their
Beautiful collection of more than 300 variety of roses. Stunning arrangements and colors. A must visit to smell the fragrance of the roses.
Amazing light show at Morwell Roses Gardens during the holiday season! I likes that the local administration does so many for the community, people from Melbourne travel one and half hour to visit it! Well done and huge appreciation to all team members that participates on it!

A lovely place to relax with plenty of seating in the open and shelters / gazebos. Beautiful flowers in spring and footpaths that go through park. Will visit again
Not the right time of the year for roses, I as assume it is great when it is. Has public toilet nearby
A good place with many varieties of roses and picnic tables, with a nearby toilet. But most roses were dying (early January).
Picture perfect with an array of roses. Toilets across the road.
A great place to visit for any rose enthusiast
Beautiful Rose garden with over 4000 Roses. The largest variety of Roses from all over the world. Must see place specially in the first weekend of September as there is The festival and there is light show in night and music and food Day time.
A great range of roses spread out across several gardens. While its on the side of the road, it is well worth a visit. The variety of roses is incredible and the different foliage, patterns, scents and colours will keep everyone interested and entertained.
Reminds me of the great est Ga rdener in the planet my mother hazel W itham rest in peace mumma Louis E garden s rock always long love the rose garden
Nice to walk around, we went to make sure I was pruning my roses right. Not many people around (2 people and a dog) so social distancing was not a problem and masks were being worn (except for the dog).
Peaceful place to enjoy a picnic, enjoy the beautiful roses & close to shops & services.
An amazing specialised rose garden with examples of roses from all over the world. This garden is a true community asset that blooms all year round but really comes into its own between October and April each year. It is tended by local enthusiasts and has robust examples of hundreds of different types of Roses. Generally a peaceful location to wander through enjoying the beautiful colours, delicate shapes and perfumed smells. Each November, however the place comes to life for the famous rose garden festival. Make sure you visit!
Nice place to visit, mostly done by volunteers, over the last 25 years, well done to all involved.
