Dr Errol Keily has been my GP now for nearly 18 years. Throughout this time he has always operated with great professionalism and pragmatism. He has a wide knowledge base as well as being a specialist in skin cancer detection and treatments.
Dr Keily is ably assisted and supported by an equally professional and competent front desk team as well as a 3rd party medical testing company. It is a well oiled machine and continues to perform through normal as well as subnormal times. A 5 star outfit.

All of the doctors at the clinic are wonderful. My family and I have been patients her for 15 years. We trust the doctors very much. We mostly see Dr Kotsimbos, Dr Maughan, and Dr Hughes. Their kindness and care is unmatched

Today I saw Dr John Porter for the first time and was very pleased and rather impressed with his manner and obvious knowledge. He just knew what he was doing, no faffing around but was friendly and helpful. I am very pleased to have been seen by him.

Dr Katrina White is always so thorough, helpful and full of information. She always takes the time to do a comprehensive review of my health when i visit as well as fully addressing the issue i have come to discuss. The reception, bloods and chemist team are also always lovely!

I am the new patient at this clinic, I just transferred from another doctor to this clinic.

Dr. Katrina was very professional and knowledgeable, she moved fast, and was very straightforward, without wasting time. With the exception of Dr Katrina, the first experience in this clinic was so bad. My appointment was 11.30, and until 10.25am still no phone call to confirm the appointment (even though they said they would call to confirm the appointment when I booked it. I changed this appointment twice, and they did call early in the morning to confirm the appointment before, but this time). So I called to confirm the date is right. Before she started to check the information, the first response from her was in a not polite way to answer "It won't be tomorrow, Dr. Katrina not working tomorrow only Thursday". After she confirmed the appointment, we quickly got ready and drive down to Mornington, and we were running 10-15 minutes late. After we arrived, I told her my name. The first sentence from the receptionist was " You are late, we did ask you to come early because you're a new patient". In fact, no one told us that we have to arrive early, the only thing she said on the phone was call us when you arrive outside, we will let you know what to do". When I was filling out the paper, I was focus on and trying to finish filling out quickly, she started to ask me DOB, and I didn't hear and didn't know she was talking to me (there's two other staff sitting at the front desk as well). She repeated and increased the volume. I said "sorry, I didn't know you were talking to me" her response was "who else do you think I was talking to? ", while shaking her head, after that, and she started to ask me for the address. At that point, I started to get angry, what's the point to ask your patients to fill out the information paper if you still need to ask them, can you just wait for it? ! After I back home, I saw my phone number on the testing paper is wrong.

I am fine if you said to me earlier, the appointment will be cancelled if you are late, but as soon as i told her my name, she started to criticise me and talk to me like a child. So I asked her "what do you want me to do, do you want me to continue or leave now? ". I know I'm running late, which is not right, so the first sentence i said to Dr. Katrina was sorry, and I told her why we are late. Everyone has their circumstances, you shouldn't bring your childish and unprofessional judgement to your work. I've never seen any front desk staff so rude like that, and I've never had an argument with any staff like that in public in my life. She is the first one. From the moment you walk in and have a bad experience from the front desk, the relationship between patient, doctor and this clinic would also change. Ps: Doctor can be late, but patient in this clinic? !

Mornington Coastal Medical Clinic is absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff are exceptional, always helpful & will do everything they can to accommodate needs as a patient as well as timing. The General Practitioner's are awesome & for me, Dr. Fiona Maughan is exceptional. Highly recommend.

As a long term client of the Mornington Coastal Medical Centre I have always received great service from friendly and efficient staff and highly professional and caring doctors.

Great service, the customer service over the counter at reception was so nice and refreshing.and the doctor had so much time for patience.

Overall experience at Mornington Coastal Medical Centre for my wife, family members (including infants) & myself has far exceeded expectations, including medical diagnosis, treatment, advice & referrals where necessary. Main contact (Dr JP) has our full trust in providing care and management of any health issues that arise from time to time.

Can i give 10 stars? I am usually nervous at seeing another GP if Fiona is booked, but today I saw Andrew Pearce and he was absolutely fantastic. Excellent interpersonal skills and advice provided were exactly what i needed. Front of house staff are also always wonderful - special mention to Shaz who always does her best under any circumstances!

Hi I have been going here for over 17 years all the doctors are fantastic the staff at reception are great and so are the nurses I can’t fault anybody here I’ve never had crosswords I’ll give them a five star because they all Deserve it

Aftermoving to the area, and needing a new family Dr. We were recommended to Dr A. Kotsimbos. We could not be happier - very caring and thorough, and a Dr who really cares for his patients

This medical centre has very thorough and very efficient and caring staff, from reception to nurses to doctors.
Very caring with vaccination as well. Felt very safe.

If you’re looking for a new GP try this practice. The staff are fantastic, the doctors are nurses always go above and beyond to help their patients. They are great with nervous patients.
