Moreland Hotel

Everyone at our table loved their meals for the most part, the kids had a blast in the play area.
My burger was bland and had little to no sauce, neither mine or my partner's meals had a hint of green, and we left feeling bloated and greasy. Just like the food.

If that's the type of food you're into, then I guess the place is okay. But as a health conscious person who just wanted a burger and salad, I was sorely disappointed.

Terrible service & horrible food. Waitress was rude and food was microwaved and disgusting. We won’t be returning only stayed for our little one to play in the playground.

Such a great place to go eat, relax or whatever takes your fancy, plus great kids play area. Very friendly helpful staff.

Perfectly fine pub food. Nothing to write home about but fills the hole. The best bit is the playground which keeps the kids engaged, even if dinner was finished in bites between adventures.

Interesting decor.but do not come here for the food. Just tastes reheated - pre-made things and everyone's parmas had a really strange orange colour in the chicken. Looks like it was the food colouring from the sauce. Have a drink.go for a pint. Get some chips only.

Absolutely beautiful meal served by the friendliest staff. Its a great pub with top class facilities and decor. Kid friendly and perfect for budget meals that cater for all comers. Can't recommend enough. It has a Kids play area, TAB and pokies. Excellent senior meals too! Do yourself a favour and dine here!

This is one joint that you can't win from, doesn't matter how much you put in nothing comes out,

Only visited the gaming room. Staff greeted us on arrival and asked to site proof of vaccination, then offered us a complimentary drink - much appreciated.
Quiet, clean appears to be a local catch up destination for older locals.

Large spacious hotel.large food area and. Nice old style food. Moreland hotel has been open for business for over 3 decades

First time visiting this place. Popped in to meet up with some family members. We all enjoyed this place! The staff was super lovely and the food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!
This venue was clean, and spacious. Heaps of parking aswell right beside this hotel.
If you've never been here, but happen to be in the area, definitely give this place a try.

The service and food are the major let down at this hotel. It looks really shabby from the outside, the inside is rather nice and has a kids play area.

Our function was stress free, Taya was a great help in organizing this. The food was great and kids loved the playground. It was a successful turnout.:)

Unwilling to resolve problems with customers that have been patrons for over 25 years.no respect for local community. You are pressured guilty and banned for life just because he said lol no explanation. This happened months ago now taking about it to the local community in Moreland it seems to be not just my impression we have now created the Moreland band group lol have you been banned from the Moreland?

We went to the Moreland Hotel for dinner on last Friday night. The food was lovely and the staff was very friendly. Great place for families with young children.

Had a 1st birthday here. Hayley and the team were amazing. The service was exceptional and the food was great. Thank you so much.

Came in for dinner tonight, the 2 girls who looked after us for the evening were very attentive and efficient. Very good customer service. The chicken burgers were a big hit, compliments to the chef.

Prices good but staff and food 1 star. Our family of 5 came in on a weekday arvo. We counted 6 staff that we could see and us 5 customers. Service slow took ages for staff to come to POS to take order.

You need to order drinks and food seperatly on different POS and pay seperatly.

Kids nuggets were only bread crumbs.

When i ordered parents meals the staff didnt want me to order the drinks first we had to order meal first. When i put my foot down they were very disappointed.

I also work in hospitality and the customer controls the shots not the workers.

The staff hovered around us to take away plates which was off putting.

Chips were really saltly and we had to drink a lot of water afterwards.

We have had much better experiences in the past and that is what gave it a 3 star. If only based on today would struggle to get 1 star.

Sad, so much potential but such poor staff which actually make or break your business
