My experience at Mooroolbark Medical Centre is always pleasant. The Doctors and staff are very helpful and professional.

The staff at this medical centre are extremely efficient and I have always been happy with the service provided. The Doctor I see is very caring and I always feel cared for. It's great that this centre administers the Covid vaccines and they made the whole process very easy, including the booster shot.

I've been using medical services here for more than 4 years and never had any issue with this clinic. GPs and staff are friendly and helpful and services are reliable.

Fairly quick service but always feel the appointments are too rushed and doctors don't have time before appointment to check your file so you lose half of your appointment time bringing them up to speed

I cannot express how great this place it. The ladies at reception go above and beyond to help me when I have been in a dire situation. Dr maz is also amazing! He is great with children!
Only downfall is it can be hard to get into but that just shows how great the care is here!

Dr Maziar Baghaei is a wonderful doctor I would recommend him to anyone he has a kind and caring nature and is always willing to listen. He is great with children and adults and makes you feel at ease as soon as you enter the surgery.

Great clinic, friendly staff. Dr Andrew Lim is also a very personable and warm Doctor. Felt like i was in consult with a mate. Would highly recommend.

Very impressed with the doctor that we saw, took lots of time to explain the COVID vaccinations to my 18 year old. May change to this as our main medical practice.

I recently started looking for a new Doctors. As the one I was with for 17 years, all the good Doctors we’re leaving. So I knew one of our gps was coming here so I decided it’s time for a change. First visit, lovely staff, very friendly and attentive. As soon as I walked in those doors it was so lovely warm and inviting. I didn’t feel uncomfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place

I rang to book an appointment day before yesterday at 5: 15pm and I was told that there’s no more appointments available and the doctors are leaving in 15 minutes anyways! This isn’t in line with your operating hours. I understand that there wouldn’t be appointments available but not having the doctors available to the trading hours is a bit inappropriate.

The great thing about MMC is that they respect and have time for the older person like me. We are listened to as individuals and cared for in a unique way as if we were the most important person in the world, just that day. At 74 that means a lot.

Friendly reception staff, Dr Lim was very caring. Listened and gave a thorough examination. Highly recommend this medical centre

Clean, welcoming reception and waiting area. Beautiful fish-tank. Appointment at 2.15pm; called in at 2.20pm. The doctor was very polite and knowledgeable.

Mooroolbark Medical Centre is really good. The reception staff, nurses and doctors all are very helpful and caring. I have already recommended this clinic to few of my friends and their experience was also positive.
