Mooroolbark Medical Centre

The reception booked us in to the wrong doctor. The doctor was rude to me. He was not friendly at all.

My husband and I have just visited Dr Maziar Baghaei again who is my regular Doctor at Mooroolbark Medical Centre. As always, he was very professional, helpful, pleasant and cheerful. We highly recommend this clinic. Wendy

Doctors are all very good but the surgery in general lacks compassion and they still have the ridiculous mask rule in place, no exceptions.

Really great practice. My family see whoever we can get into and each doctor has been thorough, patient and kind. My son had an issue with his eye at school so we brought him straight to the clinic and were seen right away without an appointment. He was given great care as usual.

Arrived early to fill out new patient paperwork for my son at reception, to witch they didn’t check me in for my scheduled appointment at the same time. So I waited an extra hour with an incredibly grumpy unwell newborn baby to be seen by the doctor.

Why not check the patient in whilst they’re completing the paperwork? !

Very welcoming, I did wait a bit but Dr Maria Bodenstein was very thorough and a very nice person.

Process was smooth. Dr Bodenstein is awesome, professional, reassuring, thorough. I'm so happy I came across her. It is so difficult to find a good GP these days. Definitely recommended.

The staff at this medical centre are extremely efficient and I have always been happy with the service provided. The Doctor I see is very caring and I always feel cared for. It's great that this centre administers the Covid vaccines and they made the whole process very easy, including the booster shot.

My first visit to the Mooroolbark Medical Centre was a positive experience. The reception staff were pleasant and courteous and the doctor I saw didn’t rush me in and out. He was considerate and professional which I appreciated as an older person.

They should re open the pathology on 25th Manchester road.it is too many people lining up at 19th Manchester road.
