I've been shopping around for months, looking for kitchen appliances (oven, range hood, dishwasher). Today I finally found what I wanted at Moorabbin Betta Home Living. The service was personal, supportive and knowledgeable. Unlike many other places, I wasn't hassled about insurances or pressured in any way. Further to this, the prices were amazing compared to the competitors. It was a really pleasant experience and this will be my go to store in the future.

Just updated all my laundry appliances, washer, dryer, drying cabinet. Andrew was super-knowlegeable about all the products and explaining the differences between brands. Really big purchase for us, so important we had all the info. Kitchen next andxwe will definitely look for Andrew again for our range and hood! Great service. Thanks!

5 Star Service.

Purchased a Samsung Sound Bar and opted for Click & Collect from a Betta Store close to home. Unfortunately, the had run out of stock and could not supply the device. The team sent an 'SOS' to other Betta Stores and the team at Moorabbin Betta Home Living responded. That in itself was already pretty impressive as the original Store could have taken the easy way out and performed a refund. Unfortunately, Moorabin is a fair distance from where I live and would have been an inconvenience to collect.

The Store Manager Aaron from Moorabbin Betta got in touch with me directly and organised for the sound bar to be personally delivered. What impressed me was the great communication throughout and willingness to work around my schedule. Could not be happier getting the delivery on a Saturday morning (while the kids were still asleep, giving me a free run at installing it).

I needed a special order of an item that they did not stock even on their website. The team at Betta Moorabbin went to great lengths to find out about the product and special order it in for me. They told me it would be ready to pick up in about 7-10 working days as they had to wait for Hisense to send it to them. It was ready for pick up in 6 working days and staff keeped me informed along the way.

Great place to shop i was looking for a specific size fridge as i was space limited. No problem they got it in for me in a week, cheaper than i found elsewhere. Had it delivered.setup.removed old fridge and rubbish. 60 bucks. Bargain

Fantastic team! The fridge I wanted was not on the floor however with a few calls the team were able to arrange one from hold to come off hold allowing me to buy it that day and the owner of the hold was happy to have one ordered in. The team went above and beyond, even allowed me for next day delivery. I love my new fridge! Thanks team:) Very happy customer.

Andrew is very helpful even when we are not ready to buy. He did not push us like most others. His advised is very helpful for us to choose the right product for us. He did not lies his way through. He will tell us if he does not know and will check for us. He is a great salesman.

Buying split system it was best experience, the most professional advice, staff was friendly and very helpful. I have done my homework and visited 2 other stores before. Moorabbin Beta offered the best price and advice. I requested morning delivery though they said they can’t guarantee, Unit was delivered first thing in the morning. Would recommend this store.

Wow- what a great deal. Walked in to see at front entrance just what l was after. Managers special on F&P washing machine too.
Made a few calls earlier that day to other retailers to find them $120 more expensive & also high delivery charge.
The sweet consultant at Beta knew her stuff well & had a great confident manner which made me feel l was in good hands. I will be back.
