The staff at Betta Electrical Moorabbin have been absolutely amazing from the product knowledge and so wonderful to deal with – to sorting out issues with the supplier and going way beyond expectations with solving problems with the supplier. I cannot recommend them highly enough – I have bought TVs and two washing machines, a dryer and many other appliances over the last three years and never ever been disappointed! First rate service and value. I inquired regarding the urgent replacement of a small fridge. Aaron and team delivered the following day and even removed the old unit.something I just didn't expect given the relatively small amount I was spending. I highly recommend this company.

Fabulous experience shopping at Betta Home Living. Aaron has fantastic product knowledge and was willing to give us the time to discuss what we were looking for. We had a tight time frame for when we needed the kitchen products and he gave suggestions and alternatives that we could look at to achieve this. He was professional and not pushy. I was very impressed with Moorabbin Betta Home Living and in particular Van who works in that store. I had inquired with another Company about a particular product I was seeking and was told they were out of stock. When I asked the salesperson when it would be in they said it could be 3-6 months. When I asked Van she said she would inquire with suppliers and let me know. As it turned out it was now in stock and we could have item delivered within a couple of days. When we followed up with Van about delivery time and date she would let us know and she did. Very impressed with overall service including delivery man who helped set up product. I just have an exceptionally good experience buying refrigerator, TV, washer, dryer, etc.at Betta Moorabbin today. Van is so helpful as she knows her products, listening to my needs and giving me good advise on what to get. Overall, excellent customer service, quality products and competitive price.
