Great service from an experienced and knowledgeable team. In particular, Christina has been a delight to deal with when purchasing a pen for my wife. She did not fail to call me when she said she would and did an amazing job in gift wrapping the pen and writing pad. Thank you. I will be back.

I have been waiting since the 12 December 18 (yes last year) for my Timewalker watch to be repaired. Still no indication when the watch will be returned, many excuses but no results. Shocking service from a Worldwide Corporate Company with no accountability. How do they survive in the service industry?
Montblanc should have replaced the watch not leaving the customer still waiting 6 MONTHS later and no result! Disgraceful Montblanc. Not even 1 out of 5 for service or reasonable explanation

Terrible customer service. I left my bag for service and was told that I would be contacted in 2-3 business days. Never heard so I called them and chased up. Again I was told that I would be contacted in a couple of days. Never heard back after a week.

Terrible after sale service. Purchased a watch from here and had the watch strap fall apart twice. On the second occasion I hung onto the watch strap until the point that the “leather” had broken in two! This was after less than two years. I was offered no apologies or discount on their heavily marked up straps and was advised that it was due to heavy use? Very disappointing from a company that I until now had raved about.

Dealing with Anya was a pleasure. Her attitude to customer service was fabulous and a thank you to Alex in customer service who exceeded all expectations

Magnificent store, well presented product range but staff and service lacked any warmth or care that I was walking in to spend $500 in 5 min work. I would try to buy elsewhere next time.

Wow, the incompetence is amazing.

Dropped off my pen to be repaired 7 months ago and finally received it back today.

Still not repaired as promised although charged as if it was.

Save yourself the heartburn!

Not quite the customer service that you'd expect from such an upscale place with these prices. Repaired my pen (gift) which was expensive as expected. The staff were nice enough but not very enthusiastic.
