Been here with my family quite a few times now and we always end up walking out with something. A massive thank you to daisy and ryan for the amazing experience and help with choosing a new pen and wallet. They offered to replace my key ring on the spot (as the latch had broken) which was amazing instead of having to wait for it to be repaired. Will DEFINITELY be back on our next visit to melbourne.

I have been waiting on a pen repair for over 10 weeks. No follow up or apology. Poor customer service that is giving brand a bad reputation.

Special thank you to Astrid who assisted with some issues we had with a Montblanc watch purchased thru a third party provider. Astrid went above and beyond to help and without her assistance and expertise we would have encountered issues with the establishment where the watch was actually purchased. Astrid was very professional and polite in our dealings with her and i would highly recommend her for any purchases at the store. Also i would suggest to purchase at the Montblanc store itself rather than thru a third party provider. Thanks again Astrid for your efforts.

Very unhappy with my experience at Montblanc. All I wanted to do was change my watch battery and their results of their “diagnosis” was it needed oil renewal. I asked them how much it was and they wanted to charge me $580. I didn’t have that much money at that time and told them no. My mum brought the watch back to Singapore for me and they replaced my watch battery without any problems. My watch was PERFECTLY FINE.

Great experience with Jessie - I hope I spelled that correctly! And the store itself. As I walked in all greeted me when I made eye contact - much better than Longines which I leave in another review.
Jessie came to me and she was very friendly and engaging and wen quickly over the collections and allowed me to have a look. I told her I was looking for a time piece to pass on to my little ones in the future and she was genuinely interested and we had a great short conversation on the reason. Jessie showed me a few pieces without hesitation with patience and professionally, it was fantastic. I already own a time piece and three Montblanc writing instruments (which I bought in Germany and the experience there was also superb). I did mention I was just starting my research and was not ready to buy that day but she was even more engaging and showing me great things about Montblanc, not pushy at all, just saying kind of like: 'hey, it's cool if you are not buying today but I can show you why Montblanc can be your first choice'. She was knowledgeable and the bits she didn't know she was quick to finding out the answers, very good! I stayed and browsed a little bit by myself and then went I left I said by and she said by and remember my name - and she actually pronounced it correctly. Very impressed - unlike Longines shop, terrible terrible but back to Montblanc. Although I am still looking for a time piece (or a couple) Montblanc is now my preferred option. Can't wait to go back! Visited on a Saturday afternoon with my partner to buy a new wallet. Despite being a small store it has an excellent range of quality leather wallets with varying textures and finishes. The quality of products are superb with excellent attention to detail including accurate and well aligned stitching and beautifully tanned leather. Subsequently I managed to find something I liked. The purchase was easy and the customer service courteous. The store was also well presented. The cabinets and glass surfaces clean. Overall it was a good experience and I would visit again.

Recently I was given a lovely Montblanc pen that my friends had gotten me from the Collins St store. After receiving the pen I was regaled with stories about the older lady at the Chadstone store who had treated my groups of friends appallingly. Their experience was described as “horrible” with the lady refusing to be helpful and refusing to sell them a very expensive pen with a full ink cartridge after finding it had previously been used as a demo, the lady then refused to assist with engraving the pen for me. Collins St store went out of their way to help my friends and gave them a positive experience, go here avoid Chadstone. See Jessie she was fantastic, but the whole team was great.

Was just there.trying to shop for a gift for a client. Wasn't even greeted with a hello. Actually, Wasn't even recognised with a simple head node. Browsed around, turned around and left. Store had 2 clients when I walked in.

We were serviced by Vincent (I hope I got his name right) today. His customer service skills were excellent. He gave us the best advise and gave us his time. We did not make purchase but we were very pleased with his service. My colleague who came with me said after we left - the guy (Vincent) for him it was not about making a sale or a commission it's about excellent service and we got it. You made our day Vincent. Thanks mate.

I've had two experiences with this store. About 12 months ago, my Mont Blanc came apart, it was a warranty job, so I took it to this store as the outlet closest to me. The experience was terrible. Rude and incompetent staff. 12 months later, the repair work done came apart. I was not looking forward to another experience like the last one. Called them on the phone, spoke with one of the two staff called Vincent. The first thing he said was that the store was now managed by Mont Blanc International. His manner was a polar opposite to how they had been the year before. So too the other Vincent (surname starts with a K) who I met in person the next day. While they worked out what needed to be done I was even given a glass of ice cold water on a 40 degree day which was a nice touch. Free of charge the repairs were done, despite being now under new management. It took 2 weeks which was not really fast, but not terrible given it was done over the xmas/new year period. The work this time is definitely better, I can feel the difference. The only issue I see, and this is far from a complaint, is that they really should consider having their repairs done in house as it would speed up their whole process. The overwhelming conclusion is however that since management of the store changed, they are now completely in line with what should be expected from Mont Blanc. Since it has taken less than a year for such overwhelming improvement, I am blown away by such a good experience.

My very first experience at the Collins Street store today. Upon entering I was greeted by Alice, whereby I asked if I could browse, she left me to take in the beautiful surrounds and writing instruments on display, always staying far enough away to respect my space and close enough to be able to respond to any requests.
Alice made my purchase of the beautifully crafted Mont Blanc Meisterstuck the most wonderful experience for me, of which I thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you and kind regards Stephen G.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was helped by Ivan who patiently assisted me (I spend a lot of time considering my options) with selecting a watch strap for my Summit 2 and a new pen. The customer service is amazing and I’m looking forward to coming back!

Friendly staff, attentive - when they want to be. Need prompting at times. Which is a big turn-off, considering, I go in the store to spend, not to look.

The presentation of the store and items were great, as is with every Mont Blanc store. However the service was severely lacking. Went in and wasn't greeted, had to seek a sales assistant for myself who said it'd be a few moments, had a customer who came in after me serviced first, and took 30mins+ in total when I came instore knowing that what item I wanted. The staff didn't communicate between each other to acknowledge what the customer wanted/who to check out/who to service. I could see other purchasers also becoming frustrated with waiting around. The staff were apologetic for the wait but it was still a disappointing visit to this store.

I'd recommend the Chadstone boutique for better service.
