Staff at reception are not properly trained. They could not accept payment through the card payment machine after putting the new roll inside and asked me to get cash from shops outside (which were not many or have cashout system). It felt like too much hassle for someone in distress and ended up canceling the appointment.

Very rude customer service from reception. I have been visiting this place for about 2 years, yet when I was late by 20 min to the appointment I was turned down and the next appointment they gave me was 2 days later even though it was an emergency. I requested them many times but they were very rude and replied arrogantly stating if its an emergency I should have been on time or call 000 without understanding my situation. What I don't understand is in the past every single appointment I was made to wait for more than 30 min even when I was on time. Very disappointing.

If you are wanting poor customer service and happy to wait over an hour (everytime) past your booking time then this place is for you. If I could give no stars I would HAPPILY.

First time seeing Dr Shyamen as she is a new Dr here. She was thorough, professional, personable and the benchmark for how GPs should be! Wait time was only 15mins.

I saw Dr SHYAMEN WICKRAMASINGHE recently and she was very good - patient and professional. She's a young Dr but I'm sure she's going to do well in her career

I have been to this clinic several times now and every time I am been looked after very well by the lovely Receptionists and the wonderful doctors.

This is one of the best clinics I have ever been. Dr Shyamalah and Dr Tony are wonderful doctors and look after their patients very well. The receptionists are very understanding and will get you in asap. Highly recommended.

Dr Nadia Sidrak is shocking, she wrote a referral for me to see a specialist about allergies and only wrote “needs test” the specialist advised me it needed more details to make the right appointment, when I went back to see Nadia she told me that I was wrong and wouldn’t listen to me, she finally added things on to the referral but then told me to shush when I wasn’t finished, I tried to let her know I had a rash on my face which I wanted looked at too but she didn’t add it and instead prescribed me a cream. She then stood up and said I have to go now which I replied I needed one more referral to see my physio again as my hip was playing up (I’ve seen him multiple times and have always needed this) she told me that’s not how it works and I advised her that they won’t make an appointment until I have a referral, she proceeded to argue and tell me she didn’t have time and walked out of the consult room.

Possibly one of the most lousiest doctors I've been too. Saw doctor Nadia and honestly, I've never met a doctor so ignorant and so undermining in my whole life.the other doctors are fine however this one is just straight up rude! Ive been coming here for years but not ever again. Especially her little rude comments whilst assessing me.

Even taking the bloody blood tests was a challenge. I waited for an hour to get mine done and once i came, She told me to come back tomorrow because they were too busy and didnt have the equipment? As if I didnt just take a whole day off work to come here.

I think it speaks volume when the owner himself writes a review pretending to be John. Giving one star because no star is not an option.

Saw Nadia today- definitely not a doctor in my books. Completely ignorant and provided terrible service. She was useless in providing any information- asked me if I knew what vaccinations to get when she’s the doctor. When my husband went to get his phone out to help look it up she questioned him and lied by saying she never said she didn’t know which vaccination to get.

She then proceeded to say that we live in a bubble for wanting to be immunised and protected. I think this poses serious questions around her practice and also after reading someone else’s comment below who doesn’t think Nadia administered a flu shot because she told him not to look at the needle going in.

Begrudgingly and also with a lot of sarcasm and attitude she proceeded to give us some prescriptions (after she was prompted to do so) and I exited saying she should find another job if that’s how she’s treating patients.

Reading the other reviews about her and Heather (don’t get me started on that one) it is evident that they treat their patients badly and there are no consequences for their actions. I feel bad knowing how many migrants see these doctors because of their financial situation and how much rudeness they have to put up with (which I’m sure is exacerbated if patients don’t speak fluent English). Will never return again.

Saw Dr Nadia Sidrak today, who was friendly & patiently answered all my questions regarding my ailment. Booked at appointment in the morning for 1140am over the phone, arrived on time and left the clinic by noon. Mind you it was busy as well, so all those negative comments about long wait times in other reviews have left me puzzled, and has compelled me to write my own review. I have been visiting this clinic for over 4 years and have always had a good experience.

Booked an appointment for a flu shot with Dr Sidrak, but I don't think Dr Sidrak injected the flu vaccine at all, when I went to look at my arm when she is injecting she suddenly told me off not to look as she can't inject while the patient is looking (?) I never met a doctor who said that before and it made me very sceptical of her practice, and guess what, I barely felt any injection, and when it is done, there are no traces of blood under the band aid or any feeling that the shot was done, but she said it is done (?) I'm not a doctor but I am very sceptical that I had any injection at all. And guess what, a few weeks later I still got the flu! That would be the last time I book Dr Sidrak as I am still very sceptical of her due to that flu shot and she telling me off to 'don't look' because she can't inject if the patient is looking thing.

Went to see Dr Heather Crockart today, found her very rude and unprofessional. She did not care about what your concerns. She made us feel helpless and did not even do any physical examination at all. We ended up seeing another doctor in another clinic and straight away we got sent to go to Emergency department. So if you wanna see a compassionate doctor, please do yourself a favour and do not ever make an appointment with her.

Despite the very long waits, Dr. Lucarelli and Dr. Rajah are empathetic and helpful doctors. Dr. Ching who is no longer there was also the same.

Went here with no appointment Sunday a.m. And was seen pretty quickly and efficiently. Sent on to the A&E up the road and problem solved.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for just over 19 years now. Even when I moved away from Clayton. I would still drive that 40 minutes to get there. Both my children come here too. I’ve never had a bad experience. Yes the wait time is a bit long. But that’s the same in every other clinic. Wonderful staff

My girlfriend made an appointment here to see Dr Heather Crockart and she was absolutely awful, didn't seem interested or willing to listen at all to what she had to say.gave her the wrong diagnosis and things just got worse because of this.until she had to go to another doctor and everything has since been resolved. No one should ever be made to feel so helpless after going to see a doctor for such a common problem. Absolutely shameful not coming back ever again after such disgusting service. If you do come here i recommend seeing any doctor but her to save yourself the mental stress.

Waited almost 50 mins to be told that they didn't do or have the dressing that were required, even though when I called I clearly explained what my requirements were. The doctor was apologetic, however I won't being going back this practice.

Want to wait an hour? Want rude receptionists? This clinic deliberately overbooks with patients so doctors can maximise their $$$$
