momo & chillies reviews
34 Mixed noodles - So far the best Nepalese Chow Mein ever had. I requested to add more onions n the noodles and medium spicy. 5/5.
Momo platter - Usually 4 each of steam, fried and chilli Momo, but on our request they agreed to swap chilli Momo with soup one. On request also provided chilli sauce on side along with obvious Momo sauce.
Momo's were not one the best but not bad either. They were not very juicy. 3/5
Indian and Nepalese restaurants usually don't allow outside drinks. We had our own drinks from McD but they didn't say anything, which I liked a lot. Service 5/5.
Came here to see Werribee Zoo and we were hungry and looked for a nepalese restaurant find out momo and chilli nearby, went there. Had best momo since I came in Australia. Recommend to all the Nepelase out there to try their momos.
Small place in Featherbrook shopping centre, Point Cook but packs a punch of flavours. Food is tasty and prices are reasonable. One feedback may be starters portion size, I ordered a Mushroom65 and half of the takeaway container was filled with lemon slice capsicum, onions, hardly had the satisfaction of eating Mushroom, but that's just my opinion. Hence gave 5 stars without taking away any
Very nice food! ’ Bring back the samosa s probably the best we have ever eaten! Love Manchurian and naans and chowmein noodles unbelievable!
I had buff momo and its amazing i have never had this delicious momos in whole Melbourne. Number 1 in town. I am coming back for sure.
I would not say it's the best but a pretty good Nepali restaurant in the area. The staff were also good.
The street momo was yummy.
Nice ambience to dine-in and the staffs are friendly. Their starter and momo dishes are delicious. The naan bread was soft. We had the Mushroom 65, Tapari Momo, Chilli Momo and Butter Naan with Muchroom Tikka Masala.
A nice restaurant that satisfies ur taste buds with the real spices. Good place to have nepali food and also indo-Chinese too
3.5 rating.
We loved the Nepalese and indo-chinese dishes. We ordered Momo's (veg and chicken), Mee Goreng, thupka soup (veg), fish chilli.
We ordered a 2 curries which were not as good (Paneer butter masala and chicken masala). The breads were nice though.
First time eating momo. Was not expecting much, couple of them were nice and also chowmein were nice.
Good food, reasonable price. Small seating capacity, quick and friendly service. Some Nepali and Indo Chinese dishes found here, you won't get anywhere else. A touch of home style cooking with mild spices, which doesn't leave the taste of typical restaurant food.
Third time here and love the food. Atmosphere can be improved not very lively but the server was great
Authentic nepalese food, so thats a positive to start with! Bina at the front counter used to be amazing and always greeted you with a smile, havent seen her in a while.they have had staff turnover recently, and the new ones can barely speak the same language as everybody else. I will avoid!
As a regular, this is now a change from my previous 5 star.
We went on Monday night to celebrate friend's birthday. We had momos, chilli momos, Thukpa soup, noodles and chilly chicken. Everything tasted nice and fresh. Customer service was really good. Will be back for sure.
