Modern Medical Glenroy

My doctor here is great. Such a shame the receptionist staff - Catherine needs an attitude check. So rude, unprofessional, with such apathy for humans whilst working in healthcare.

The medical centre did not inform me that it is not bulk bill and charged me second time full price just to get the ct scan results. The receptionist said you are lucky other medical centres charge more, very rude.

This medical centre is so unprofessional on so many levels. The doctor was absolutely degrading to my friend who went in for an eczema rash on the eyelids. The doctor made comments calling her too fat and to stop eating takeaway and that was the reason for the rash! Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. Don't even get me started on the receptionist employee who thought it was appropriate to be rude and abrupt due to the medical centre's computer system down at the time of appointment! I will never recommend this centre to anyone. Massive thumbs down WORST

The family has been treated by this practice for decades. Dr McIndoe, Dr McMaster, Dr White and Dr Khoo when he was there was fantastic. The care they provided often for complicated chronic illnesses was simply amazing. Based on our experiences highly recommended!

This medical centre is brilliant! Being able to book appointments online is fantastic, the centre itself is so modern and welcoming but most importantly the staff are lovely. The ladies at reception are both friendly and helpful. As for the doctors, I've seen Dr PinPin Lim a couple of times and she's wonderful. Today my young son needed to be seen and she was so warm and caring. Thank you!

I can highly recommend this medical centre, the reception staff have always been friendly and helpful, both nurses, Justine and Penny are patient and professional, and Doctor Ditchfield has been an absolute Godsend, she is patient, calm and reassuring, the perfect type of doctor you need when dealing with elderly relatives

So easy to get a booking at everyone is so lovely! One of the best places to go for a gp in the area. More people need to go! They bulk-bill too!

Been going to this clinic for years now and always provided quality service. My medical practitioner is Dr Ng Tatlow who has been very honest, caring, supportive and provides excellent services to his patients.

I would not recommend this medical centre at all.if i could give them a 0 i would.first up they were 30 minutes late to see us even though we had an appointment.second they charged us $60 for a 2 minute visit, not informing us that they only bulk bill for health care card holders and pensioners.the doctors are so slow and talk really soft and often you can't understand a single word that they are saying.there differently needs to be some improvement with this centre, maybe even get with the "modern" times and bulk bill like most other centres do.very very unhappy.

I have been a patient of Dr McMaster for some time now, he is a wonderful, caring and thorough professional. I recommend this clinic to everyone. I have always found the reception staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and the nurses are great at their jobs and have a lovely disposition. Times when it has not been possible to see Dr McMaster I have been very happy with the other Doctors at the clinic.

My wife has been going to this clinic since she was a baby and swears by them. We have moved out of the area and still make the 30 minute drive, as no one else compares. Dr Macindoe is a fantastic doctor. We have seen quite a few doctors for our daughter in our local area; all of which had misdiagnosed her asthma for 'just a cough'. However thankfully after seeing Dr. Macindoe we were placed on the right path to recovery. A great family doctor, who our family have seen for four generations now.

Snappy receptionist. Slow talking doctors. Been 3 times within 3 weeks and have paid every time with no results. Not happy.
