This clinic has become the worst in memory, one doctor left after the company bought out a perfectly good family clinic and destroyed it

Friendly staff and comfortable seating and not waiting long for the doctor, very happy with the service.

High turn over of doctors so no consistency, hard to get appointments and few or no female doctors

Waiting times are short with professional service and doctors who take excellent care of you

I had an appointment with The doctor Rajesh George on the phone for a repeat prescription it was a heart rate medicine betta blocker he promised to send me the medication by text on my mobile but he didn't and it was the last working day of the week so I stayed out of heart medicine till Monday. Very upsetting

Reception staff noticed to be exceptionally good and understanding with some difficult patients

Dr Ian is a local legend. He's super knowledgeable, friendly and pragmatic. I rely on him for any of my complex medical needs.

Pat, Margaret, and Kathryn, are always so helpful, and greet
me with a warm smile.
Sophia is a wonderful Nurse, and very attentive to her excellent
Work.
Dr McMaster is a wonderful listener, and always kind to
me in every respect. I am so lucky to have Ian as not just my Doctor,
but I would also regard Ian as a Friend.
I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever, in highly recommending
the ‘Whole Team’ at Modern Medical Glenroy.

Very good experience with this Practice. Easy same day online booking. Friendly efficient reception staff. Seen by Dr on time. All questions answered in a professional manner. No negatives (apart from the fact that the surgery is up a flight of stairs which I wasn’t expecting - but wasn’t a problem).

I HATE having to wait to see a doctor The one that attended to me today was late He DOES NOT deserve to have a job

This morning I visited Modern Medical Glenroy for my appointment to revise my 'Care Plan'. This is a government scheme through which, a number of support health services are available to eligible patients and are covered by a Medicare rebate. The nurse that revised and updated my 'Plan' spent around 30 minutes discussing and enquiring on my health status, taking great interest in specifics such as the current doctors and specialists names I continue to visit for consultations on past surgeries, health conditions and current medication. Posing a number of questions, my medical record was updated and refined with the replacement of particular practitioners' names subsequent to their career movements such as promotion, role change or retirement. I found this interaction extremely valuable and most necessary to support and inform first responders should I experience a medical occurrence or emergency in the future. I can confidently state the interaction with the nurse was quite relaxed and very satisfying. No doubt this was due to the pleasant, respectful and cordial nature of this young, efficient and caring professional. Thank you Modern Medical Glenroy for having such a high calibre of professionals as members of your staff.

My elderly dad has been coming to the clinic from when it was Belair medical clinic. The care & support received from the doctors/nurses is excellent. The staff at reception are always efficient, knowledgable, polite, & caring.

Awesomest Sophie and Doc Mathew were absolutely caring and magnificent with my dog bite today, really calmed me and were magnificent! To all great staff, thank you, Dan

First appointment at the clinic was a positive experience, my only advice is to not overestimate your lung capacity going up the stairs?

The doctor I saw was beyond helpful and amazing, helped to inform me of the full process of what was required and used the resources of their team to help me get to the next stem, however, after calling back a week later to check on the progress of paperwork the admin staff member named Catherine was incredibly rude, dismissive, ultimately unhelpful & impatient all in a three minute phonecall essentially telling me wait, do it myself and GFY. Will see the doctor again, will also request to talk to any other staff member on admin.

5 stars is for Dr Mathew P.
I have been with this practice my whole life and I've never had such high service then what I did with Dr Mathew. My son was very unwell, he didn't just send us home with some antibiotics he monitored my son for almost 1.5 hrs until his temp dropped, checked him thoroughly, advised us on what to do if he becomes unwell again, what to feed him etc. This morning I received a follow up call from Dr Mathew wanting to know how he was feeling & how he felt during the night. This is top service. We were not rushed out the door, we were greeted with a smile, Dr Mathew makes you feel comfortable, he has empathy and is very knowledgeable. Overall the care and experience we had with him was fantastic and I think people who are good at their job should be recognised for their work. Thank you Dr Mathew.

The girls at the desk are lovely and very helpful, my doctor is awesome and you actually get treatment like a patient not a number, not many people can say that these days.

I’ve been going here for last 6 months and great medical staff and Pat and Kathrine are very nice and a pleasure to talk with every time I go in.
As for negative feedback from previous people they may have to look at themselves in the mirror before judging others.
