Would give it minus stars if option were available. Standard has dropped drastically! Overpriced and poor customer service.
Especially by the lady with the ugly eyeliner and the only one wearing the face mask (surely to hide herself) as she was beyond rude to customers.
She yelled at me for asking what the pan roll was as the sign had fallen. She was extremely rude, arrogant, and impatient. When asked for chutney with the vada - She said we have to pay extra for chutney and its not included (whereas every time we have bought vada we always get chutney included). When we told her that yesterday we got chutney she just threw the packet and started yelling at my elderly parents, when I told her she was being rude.
I understand customer service is not high in MKS but to be abused just for asking a simple question is definitely not right. That lady definitely needs to learn sone basic mannerisms and how to talk to people.

Their pan rolls were great!

Good selection of sri lankan ingredients, but some of the groceries were overpriced.

Wide variety of stuff from Sri Lanka and Indian grocery items. Big packaging available. In-store food court.

Mks Restaurant is fully packed, great food, tastey, some staffs are really friendly and helpful. Much appreciated their effort to manage the coustomers. If you like to eat in, you need to wait so long to get a table free in peak hours, the seats are very limited. Grocery shop is just an average, compaired to other indian grocery shops.

Best Indian store in Melbourne, content and food wise, probably the largest, but attitude of the staff is not even worth 1 Star!

Horrible customer service.
People serve food as if they are doing us a favour. Today the lady says we can’t place a food order separately. She raised her voice and left. As if we work there, how are we suppose to know that. Well this the last I’m going there. The one star is for the products.

They should improve customer service. They have good variety and price is reasonable. I think they don't sell any product with beef in it.

Categorise things according to their use and board them like in the Coles or Woolworth! So that customers can easily get things!

Rice n grains, flours, spices, canned food, ready serve drinks and meals, prepared food, snacks and all required for Asian crowd is available here.
But I don’t have a comparison of prices.

Such a terrible experience shopping at MKS today. The cashier was very rude! Asked me to move stuff towards her on the counter (so what’s her job?) had a very unpleasant gesture.

Also the Zesta tea pack which I bought is expiring tomorrow! How cunning they are to keep those tea packs right at the entrance so the poor customers will be fooled.

Great fast food. Great tasting, not expensive and a large variety. They also have a supermarket for Asian, indian, SriLankan foods. A must if your passing through Dandenong and want to take some real authentic curried.

Amazing indian grocery store with large and spacious layout. Has a massive food court and food we have tried was delicious.

I don't recommend this product. The worse desiccated coconut I ever had. When I use it the smell and taste horrible.

Needs real air conditioning not only for customer comfort but to help preserve food. Service was friendly and good. Good selection of quality rice and spices. We bought a heap to take back home interstate because they had good prices too.

Good but the offers were not entered, on the computer so when scanning it too the full price had to go back and forth to get the correct price

At Mk you can get anything Asian Indian and Srilankin their freshly cooked food is very good and a very competitive price

Ordered food from MKS (rice with 3 curries) and the staff was adamant on mixing all 3 curries with rice in one container. I requested multiple times saying I dont want all curries mixing but they wouldn't agree. The food was nice but just couldn't eat it when it was all dumped in a container like that.
