M.J. Bale Emporium reviews
32Sebastian looked after me at the store. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Good selection for for men wanting good quality clothes.
Poor quality of staff. They can grab a suit and put it on you, but give no quality advice on fit or options available, overall being very unhelpful.
The whole setup here is just odd.kind of loud dance music was playing when I went in which isnt really befitting of a suit shop.
The pants for all the suits I tried on were un-hemmed so the pants are swimming around your ankles by default. For an off the rack suit retailer this was also odd.
The sales person was really helpful but she gave me a French cuff shirt to go with the suit which meant I lost the cuffs halfway up the arm of the jacket once I put the jacket on.
Just little details made me want to leave instead of spending a thousand bucks. Having your pants weirdly fitting off the rack is a weird choice.
Bought a black suit for my friend's wedding and done the alteration on the trousers with the help of Marian. The service in this mjbale is excellent and full of patience. Fully recommended
I purchased two suits here a few weeks ago, I found the service to be quite good and helpful. After two wears one suit had a tiny tear in the pants, I needed it fixed before a wedding in two days. The staff were incredibly helpful, replaced the pants and got them tailored in time. Very good service, and I will be going back.
Staff stuffed up my discount and then tried for 20 minutes to fix it but couldn’t (and more eager to get to the suit sale than me). Waste of time.
Worst customer service I have ever had. I was the only customer in the store, there were 5 sales assistant. No greetings, fine whatever, but I didn't get any help for 20 minutes.
Alessandro went over and beyond to make suit shopping for my wedding easy and efficient. Thanks so much!
For those having their wedding, MJ Bale give a 25% discount when you buy 3 or more suits. And they're awesome!
Emporium customer service was laughable. Purchased an umbrella click-and-collect on Thursday so that I could pick it up on Saturday but was told when I got there that I had to wait for it to be shipped to the store? You're kidding, right? So I picked one off the shelf and said I'm taking this now or I'm canceling the order. He reluctantly agreed after I told him this process is a joke. Not to mention the guy working looked miserable from the time I came in. Never again am I wasting my time with this brand.
They even transferred the sale to Myer where I had vouchers and walked the clothes up. Fantastic!
By far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Was returning a suit which frayed after only 4 weeks in and the attendant was almost comical in his stereotypical 'disinterested employee' schtick. Both from a sales point of view or after sales care the tried to argue that legality of needing to refund a suit when only the pants were impacted. Laughable.
Cannot fault the service, I was attended to without being pressured. Something of an art in customer service!
