I went in after work for a quick visit and was so impressed with the service. I was looking for a specific shirt and tie combination for a wedding, and although they didn’t have the size available - without me asking - they dialled around a few stores found the available sizing and put it on hold to give me the option to go and try it.

For a brick and mortar store with limited stock. I thought that was such an appropriate way to be served and I was extremely delighted. Thanks to the lady working Thursday evening.

I'm part of a bridal party and we were thinking I'd need to go the custom route for a suit for the occasion from over at the Highpoint Store, and given the timeline is tight with a wedding coming up we thought we might be in a spot of bother here and I'd have to get to the Emporium store ASAP for sizing and some custom work.

Shout out to Zorak and the team here at MJ Bale Emporium,

This afternoon Zorak got me in for an appointment, he was able to get me fitted up nicely in an off the shelf item, with just a few further adjustments to be made on a pair of pants. It was less than 15 minutes from walking in and out, he is absolutely on point and knows his stuff.

Had a really pleasant experience in MJ Bale today whilst trying to find a bright pink suit for a wedding.

The staff in the store were awesome, especially Kirsten and Sarah, who upon noticing my distress, went above and beyond to help me out with trying to source it.

Even though they couldn't assist me on such short notice on this occasion (sadly for me, nowhere can), they helped out with my measurements, and we had a good old yarn.

Thanks to the pair of you for all the help, and for making my afternoon more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend MJ Bale to anyone else looking for quality craftmanship and excellent service.

Went to MJ Bale for the first time last week. I was curious about how OTR has progressed as all my recent suits and blazers are tailored.

I was served by Zorak who was extremely helpful despite knowing I was just window shopping.
He was very knowledgeable about suiting. He could describe in detail the material composition, weights, cuts, type and lining.
I was so impressed that I walked out with two workhorse suits.

I commend management for having the foresight to use him as a brand ambassador in their flagship store.

Initial greeting built hope but from there zero interest shown in anything other than the casual catch up conversation.

Went here for a wedding jacket and Luke was incredibly helpful and an overall great guy. Managed to source exactly what me and my partner were after and went out of his way in his service

Walked in looking to enquire about getting suits for my wedding but it seemed like no one was interested in coming to talk to me or entertain my queries.

Luke was amazingly helpful, took me through my suit options in a clear and easy way, and even organised an inter-state transfer of a suitable suit. Highly recommended.
