Miznon Melbourne reviews
79Very delicious food served at friendly vibe. It is unlikely you don’t like the food here. I eat here almost every week and the quality always was the same. You will not find comfy chairs. However you go there to get quality food with reasonable price.
Food and service here is excellent! Ordered the pita breads, the only thing I'm unhappy about is I don't have enough days in Melbourne to eat everything on the menu
Just a solid three stars, because the food and value compared to Tel Aviv was underwhelming to say the least. The cauliflower was good.
Over rated. Super slow and indifferent service. Small portions and the contents of the pita were a mushy tasteless mess. Unbelievably the server/cashier was busy guzzling on a large takeaway coffee and munching on pita while she was working. Not a good look.
Using QR code to see the menu and to order. So impersonal in so called Hospitality Industry. The only thing you see is these human looking robots delivering food and picking up used utensils.
Really bad experience when the umbrella was moved from the table without asking. This left me and my guest exposed to direct sunshine, so I was moved inside, which was out of the sun but not the first choice. Mad the experience sub par.
Very Bland food and Food came in trickles and not all at once. The main dish the cauliflower we ordered took over 30 minutes to arrive. This place isn’t worth the hype and money. Too expensive and service wasn’t good.
They kept us waiting 10 minutes saying our table wasn’t ready even though we made a booking and was on time. Then we were sat outside in the cold and it was cramped outside. They then asked us to move out table down so they could cramp more people into the adjacent table! With the amount of money they charge atleast they can get an outdoor heater for customers.
Food was dry, I ordered the eggplant lamb, the lamb was so dry and eggplant wasn’t seasoned. One dry eggplant and one pita and a drink cost me $100. Insanely overpriced for mediocre food
Delicious food, fast, cool vibes, good prices. The Feed Me menu is so much food I can never eat it all! Vege-forward without being vegetarian. Will be back again!
Everything from the bag of beans to the bag of meat was yummy. It's pretty hectic, so it's a good thing you can order through a QR code. Just be careful with allergies double-check before you eat the food.
Best dinner I’ve had in Melbourne. The feed menu is excellent value. You will need to roll yourself away afterwards. The bag of beans are seriously delicious. However you order you must get those!
Outside tables are great as you can soak up all the happenings on Hardware Lane.
It's OK. Had the lunch feed me set
A lot of veg for the starters. Bag of greens, cauliflower, sweet potato and some bread and dip.
I would have preferred a bit more salt and some sort of flavour or spice on the veg.
Not really the type of place for me.
Very friendly staff. They are making you have the feed me menu for lunch and it's very underwhelming.
A lot of veg for the starters included bag of greens, cauliflower, sweet potato and some bread.
It lacked flavour and wasn't great. I think the cauliflower needs some spice and salt. The pita was nice.
The food was so greasy, it coated the inside of my mouth with oil for hours afterward. Would not recommend
Excellent customer service. Visited 5-10min before closing and staff was very accommodating. Very delicious Israeli food.
Menu limited but the food is good the cocktails maybe not that much.
But you have a good vibes with festive ambiance which is really recreational.
From first impressions onwards I highly recommend Miznon. The staff are friendly and helpful. We ordered a home delivery Party for five! The variety of dishes and condiments covered all our tastes. There was plenty of delicious dishes for a shared dining experience at home. Favourites were the whole cauliflower that was full of flavour and just melted in our mouths and the lamb pita pockets. Special mention to the yummy bread and the crispy side of beans. Perfect to celebrate with friends as we come out of lockdown. AND the dishes look beautiful and exactly like the photos on their site.
We had dinner at Miznon last night, oh my, it was such a great experience. Lovely people, great food, amazing Pale Ale from Jerusalem. The deep fried Brisket was just phenomenal, shame we could only eat so much. Can't wait to go back again. God speed Israel.
You need to come here to try their pitas, the baby cauliflower, roasted eggplant and great Israeli dishes. Highly recommend the set menu if you are stuck as well. Accomodating to vegetarians too. Amazing staff and service, very positive and welcoming.
WOULD RATE -10 if I could! HOW DO THESE PEOPLE MAKE MONEY WITH THIS KIND OF FOOD? WOULD RATHER EAT MC DONALADS ANY DAY. ANYTHING THAT’ll IMPOSSIBLY GO WRONG WITH ANY DISH EVEN ROAST PUMPKIN, PLEASE GO HERE. MEAT IS DRY LIKE HAY. POOR STAFF SERVICE AND RUDE.
Friendly, fast and fabulous service. Delicious food and delivering within 10km during lockdown. Treat yourself.
