Surprisingly good food, helpful staff and friendly, But they do need to get a good beer selection even if it's in cans or bottles, Carlton & United do not make good Beers

I have been here alot lately for work meetings. Last time I was there I ordered a dips and it was amazing. We ran out of bread and they gave us another serve at no charge. The staff are very professional and friendly. The coffee is good and they have never minded us just sitting and working.

Been before but this time had to send steak back as I asked for it well done so they fixed it, and roast vegetables are always a bit hard but will go back.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Really good service. Our meals were very delicious and we all enjoyed them. Have been there a few times.

Venue and food was nice, polite staff and good hygiene. At the time was allowing book ins and walk-ins.

Can be difficult to park because others, illegally, use their car park.

Friendly staff and a comfortable setting are the highlights of this place. The menu is fairly standard including the usual options on for the kids.

Serving sizes are not generous for the price but satisfying as a meal.

Overdue for investment for renovations to compete with newcomers in the local bistro/pub market (Coach/Mitcham Social) The current pandemic offers the perfect timing to be doing this work so looking foward to seeing some scaffolding!

Wow! It's a long time since we ate out so expectations were high. Not only were we not disappointed; we were delighted. The dining room has been very spaciously set out We didn't feel unsafe at any time. The whole dining process was very well thought through. And the food was fantastic Succulent parmas, perfectly cooked sweet flathead fillets. A wonderful night. Well done to the team at Mitcham Hotel. No wonder they're booked out so far in advance. Worth the wait though.

Was very empty and had limited seating. They are taking every precaution for staff and patrons.

Fairly basic combination venue, pub, bistro, pokies etc. Wasn't there long enough to form much of an opinion. Staff were nice and polite!

Nice Hotel in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
We had the Pork Belly and the Lamb Cutlets.
Both dishes were excellent. Very well cooked.plentiful servings and good value for money. Would have them again when we next return. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Cheers.

Staff were attentive and friendly. Restaurant was clean and relaxing. I had the beef pie, recommend this as it was so delicious. Perfect on this wet cold day. Thanks for a great lunch.

Service is based on race. We walked in with another gentleman. He was served at one bar but we were refused service.

Still dreaming about the fries in this place. Lovely night out. Good food served quickly. Lots of families dining there

I haven’t been back for a long while because would prefer a better beer range. I would happily go if the food was good but last time we ate there, my chicken Parma was undercooked and the salad that came with it had wilted leaves. The service seemed friendly enough but not really somewhere I will rush back to when there are other bars out east now that cater to families and have good beer ranges.

My partner wasn't happy with the quality of the rib eye steak, was full of fat, threw most of it away, my daughter had scotch fillet wich was just as fatty, second time round, first time quality was better, feeling disappointed.
