Tried to charge me $350 for a replacment car key battery, which i got from Coles supermarket for $4 and swapped myself within 2mins! Dishonest people that will rip you off! Shop elsewhere!

I got some engraving done by Mike for some christmas gifts, and i could not be happier! It looks absolutely amazing and he was a legend giving me great ideas for the messages. Very happy with the service, would highly recommend!

Arrogant staff - vague and unhelpful when asking about new battery for swatch watch which is clearly simple to exchange wanted to charge me $25 dollars and I said I'd change it myself they wouldn't look at the watch to give me correct battery even though it was written ok the back? Not rocket science anyway won't be going back.

I've spoken to two different guys working here. Both were very friendly, very helpful, and transparent about my options. I had a car key cut, which was surprisingly well priced at $120 for the basic option. The central-locking-capable key was $249. Even this is half the price of going to the dealer for exactly the same key with a logo on it. To top it off, it took him no more than 3 minutes to cut the key!
All in all, couldn't be happier with the service.

Michael is a great guy and provides excellent value for money. He completely rebuilt a pair of my favourite suede shoes at a very reasonable price.

Really disappointing. I had some summer shoes 'fixed' after summer - went to wear them today as it was sunny and found they'd stuck the strap back to front. When I went back to ask them to fix it - I got interrogated about who did the job, advised it was un-authorised glue, a bad job, where was my receipt (which I hadn't kept). And then the offer was '10% off as a returning customer', and they were going to charge me the same amount they'd charged me for 2 shoes just for fixing the strap they'd incorrectly glued! Really? And this along with the attitude that I'd made this up as I didn't have a receipt. No thanks! Seriously have better things to do -and this was the franchise owner.nice example!

I lost my garage door remote & went to these guys for a replacement. Mike was super helpful & super informative. He even walked me through the coding process with me step by step till I was able to do it myself. I have also had my favourite heels repaired without a problem. Note to everyone reading these reviews. If you need to get your summer shoes fixed its probably time to get a new pair.

Fantastic service, very friendly and professional. I am always treated with respect and love the results; I love the engraving and highly recommend it. My shoes last so much longer when I have them serviced by the gentlemen at Vogue, they are knowledgeable and always give great advice. It's always a pleasurable experience.

I've been going to the guys at vogue for many years now and I have to say that they have hands down, the best customer service I've experienced in Australia. They are always so helpful, fair and honest with the work I bring in and the work is always of a very high standard. I bring in my best designer shoes to them and also my favourite watches as i know they will look after them and do an excellent job.
Guys, keep it up. 10/10 small business!
