Got approved for my new rental and unfortunately the key I was given didn't work properly with the front door, however, I came to Mister Minit and was greeted with exceptional customer service by the employee and he helped me get a new key cut for my rental and overall just provided great customer service which helped make the small talk not so small.

I’ve been coming here for a few years for watch repairs, shoe stretching, and other odd things. The guys that work here are super friendly and helpful.

Recently needed a new car key since mine had finally died. Didn't really know what to expect but Dean's service and knowledge was top notch and made me feel at ease. The job was completed in a timely manner and when it came time to get some more keys cut I knew who I wanted to go to and once again Dean was great to do business with.

Would happily recommend to anyone who wants great service and fantastic customer sevice!

I had to take my shoes on short notice to get repaired and the guy there (I think his name was Dean) helped me out and managed to repair them.

They were my only shoes for work and was an absolute life saver, couldn't be happier with the results.

He was very professional and very quick as well, it was quite impressive. Will definitely take my shoes there again if they break:)

I went in to get some keys cut and long story short one of the workers there, Dean, ended up cutting my keys and sharpening my knifes! Service was 10/10 price was completely reasonable and will be back in the future! Absolute credit to the store.

Bought my watch in to get my band links repaired and an engraving touched up from general wear. They had it done in no time, band links fixed perfectly and the touch up on the engraving made it look brand new! Highly recommend

I went here to repair my shoes and although the staff is very friendly and seems very competent, the price I got quoted ($240) was just not competitive given the service they required. I went to Cobble Craft in Prahran (an actual shoe repair specialist), where for exactly the same service I ended up paying $170. Therefore only 3 stars, this business needs to review its pricing policy.

Been here twice to adjust the bracelet on my partner’s watch. Both times have received the absolute best customer service. Both people who I spoke to working there were extremely lovely and professional. Will definitely be coming back.

I needed an engraving done on a hip flask for the next day. It was for a special occasion never to be repeated, my sons wedding. They did it in 20 mins. We'll these guys did a fantastic job. There are no second chances with this sort of thing. First class service. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Bad customer service. Very expensive. Be careful.
I put a battery spending $25 to my car from these guys 8 months ago & at the time they said they are gong to replace the battery with in 24 months if something happens. The battery lasted only 6/7 months & when I talked to them about this they were approach me very aggressively & said they are not going to do anything about it & ask me to pay another $25.

After trying to replace my car key battery on my own, I was having issues with getting my key to work. I went to Mister Minit in South Yarra and was helped by Michael. Michael is great with people and went above and beyond to help me solve the issue. He took the time to look into the problem, and informed me of what could have been happening to my key. I definitely recommend coming to see the staff at Mister Minit South Yarra! Thanks again Mike!

Would give them 6-stars if I could. I was amazed by the quality of service, professionalism, and price for my recent watch repair.

I bought a watch second-hand (risky I know), and wouldn't you know it the band was busted. I brought it in to the guys (Michael and Adam, hope I got the names right) to have a look. They spotted the problem right away and offered to check if they had the parts on hand to fix it up. They were very clear on the potential costs, which put my mind at ease. Unfortunately no luck with the part, this watch band was a bit of a special case.

I came back in to pick up my watch and showed the guys some replacement part options I'd looked up. This is where the magic happens. Straight away they notice that the replacement parts are wildly overpriced (I had no idea), so they offer to send the watch to their specialist repairer to take a look. Off the watch goes. It's back in a few days with a freshly machined part to fix the band, which blends in perfectly (you can't even tell). The kicker, the final cost was less than half the cost of the replacement part. What a result!

I couldn't be any happier with the service I received. Would recommend these guys to anyone, and will be back myself whenever the need arises.

Brought my watch in to have the battery changed and came back to find my glass completely scratched. He then proceeded to fix the glass and charged me $70 for it. Would not recommend!

The best in the business. I only ever trust them to take good care when placing soles on my shoes or when they conduct repairs on my shoes. I have been going to Mike and his team for 2 years now and I trust them.

I was most impressed with their recent work. I have a pair of shoes that mean a lot to me and the job that was done have exceeded my expectations and it was a very detailed finish.

No job is too complicated for Mike and his team.

I highly recommend them when getting keys cut, shoes repaired or new soles for shoes.

Online it say this shop closes at 7 pm. I go there at 6 pm, closed. Wasted trip. Do people really need to take time off work just to get to an effing shoe repair joint? Ffs its not the 1920s anymore

I gave the boys here a hard job with a boot repair and the customer service experience has been phenomenal! They’re super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Service with a smile! A bit pricey, but that's the price to pay for quick customer service and products with that little bit extra - paid $25 for a pet tag and engraving and the lovely chap behind the desk added some extra artistic flair. Much appreciated and see you soon!
