Mister Minit Highpoint

Took my brand new $330 leather boots in to put in a rubber topey to the leather soles. A week later whole topey is coming off the front left boot! I think they should stick to just cutting keys. Definitely not bringing another pair of even more expensive leather shoes for another topey.

Don’t usually review places bad but went in with a couple of car keys to get cut, the dude behind the counter automatically assumed what I had was a Chinese copy of a key. I got the key from the manufacturer, already had it coded and just needed to get it cut, he refused to cut it, and just kept saying it’s not the same key. Said it’s the same, please just cut it, if it’s wrong it’s on me, still refused.

The keys the same, went to another locksmith and they did it for me in 3 seconds and it works a treat. Don’t be so quick to assume mate, you really are a sour human and should not be working there.

Dreadful, what I thought was going to be great service in the beginning was quite simply not. Cannot deliver, a week job has taken nearly six. No correspondence except when I have initiated and no advice to say job complete. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. In addition, I rarely make comments unless warranted.

He cut my $180 Hugo Boss belt that I received as a gift when I only needed more holes. Then made me go on this long exchange with David Jones to get another one when I all I wanted was the cash refund. Oh he then took my gift box and didn’t want to return. Wouldn’t recommend, poor customer service making me walk back and forth. Be specific with your instructions guys

Quick and friendly service! Have some boot/heels that I love and even though I’ve smashed them to bits was hoping for a miracle. In under an hour I had them back in my hands looking great for a very reasonable price.

Owner went above and beyond after my Hyundai Car Key broke, including taking time out of his own schedule to come out to where the car was and setting me up with two new sets of keys during a Saturday heatwave no less. Excellent customer service.

I had a dead key fixed/replaced for $90 in 10 minuts flat.call out lock smith qouted $380.he even went ut to my car and programmed the key for me.super nice guy, very friendly and honest.great service, i totally recomend him.

Very rude man-worst customer service EVER! Would have given a 0 star rating if it were an option. There were no customers at the time and he made it seem like I was interrupting him.

Pro - Great customer service. Did job competently.
Con - key cutting services are ridiculously overpriced. $9 for a key. $1 each for a keyring.

Bloody excellent service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and are equipped to assist you with any shoe, key or remote problem you can think of.
