Had my car key reprogramming and cutting for the first time and the experience has been smooth and swift. Jarle was very knowledgeable and able to convey the right information prior to the service. It’s like doing car reprogramming in a dealership but fraction of the cost. A very pleasant experience overall.

Honest & trustworthy owners, could have made money on me easily by simply saying key fob is damaged.

Dont honor their own prices here. I called and asked price for cutting duplicate key and was told 12.95. I got there w my key and a blank for duplicate and they told me $45. I left and the employee happily told me "sorry" as he handed me back my key. Unbelievable!

Presented on open time, for watch battery replacement with pressure test, with 2 year warranty on replacement cost. The service was friendly & efficient and the work was done well, thank you.

I recently used Mr Minit at Highpoint (Rebal Sports end) twice and on both occasions was delighted by their prompt service and quality of repair. Rodney (I believe that was his name) repair a leather buckle on my daughters school shoe with secure stitching. However, I was particularly impressed with the prompt service of my heel repair. I only had 30 mins before a movie session and if I try to pick up the shoes after the movie they would be closed. So in understanding the situation they were able to complete it in 15 mins! Exceptional customer service with great attention to detail! Keep up the great work team!

Whoever is manning over the booth, 23 JAN 2022 mid morning, Chinese guy, should lose his job. Very unprofessional where he tends not to listen and pay attention to what the customer is explaining/querying. I have nothing against the franchise and the business owner, but having a staff like him, he will drag you guys down. 5 stars really

Came here to get a ring engraved. Was only a thin strip to engrave on so i wanted it done with a laser machine for quality. The manager said he would free hand it and although i wasnt hesitant, im happy i allowed him to do it.
Beautiful scriptive engraving and was well priced.
Cant fault the service i recieved for the engraving.

I would never get your keys cut here.

I came in to get 4 keys replicated and I had two silver ones and two coloured ones. With prices, the guy mentioned the silver keys would be $8.99 and the coloured keys for $9.50. I thought okay, more expensive than bunnings but might as well since I'm here.

When he was done he said the total was 37 dollars which is astronomical since bunnings do key cutting for only $3.10 a key.

This guy failed to specify when mentioning the price that the silver keys costing 8.99 was for the cost for EACH key and not for the pair. Same thing for the coloured ones.

Bunnings I'd pay $12.40 for the same job instead of $37. Can't recommend going here at all.

Never go to this place. Person doesn’t know his job. I took my watch to change batteries-one simple thing, he opened my watch but couldn’t put the cover back. I had to wait for two weeks for that one simple thing. When I finally got my watch back, the strap was broken and guy didn’t even tell me and returned the broken watch. Now I have to make third visit to get my watch fixed.
