Mister Minit Doncaster

My watch was damaged from getting my battery changed here. The case around the battery and the watchband cracked and chipped afterwards. Prices here are also more than I've seen elsewhere, so not a good experience overall and not going to return.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Mistir Minit team at Doncaster Thanks Mir and the hard working team. I have always received amazing service and great jobs at this store. Keep up the great service.

Extremely unprofessional and the customer service was underwhelming. Went there for a car remote replacement and a new battery. After 3 attempts on cutting the key his frustration towards us was clear and made the experience extremely uncomfortable. We asked for a refund after the second attempt failed and there was no response, disregarded with no apology for the complications. 1 day in, our new remote we had issues unlocking our car and had to return to the store. His reaction was defensive, rude and unapologetic. He stated it was our fault for not asking for a battery.
He wouldn't give us a refund and proceeded to charge us for a battery.
Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Will not be returning for any services offered at this Mister Minit.

I've had engravings and watch repairs done here, and every time I come the staff are super friendly and helpful, and everything is done promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

I am so happy with the engraving done on my goddaughters bracelet. Everytime I have been here the quality of service has been excellent. I have had multiple things engraved here, as well as had keys cut and I always find the service to be fantastic and the quality of the work to be excellent.

Excellent! Great customer service. Had a school shoe repaired quickly and perfectly. They do watch servicing as well. Highly recommend.

I find the service reasonably good at here. The woman and young guy with the beard are polite and obliging. The only negative for me is I do find them a bit pushy, always trying to upsell or push for that bit extra from the customer.

I always go here for they are professional and efficient with their work and I have never needed to go back after they’ve fixed what I have needed, they’re always helpful and friendly

I'm so unhappy with the service I received. All I wanted was the letter "C" engraved on a pendant. Firstly they shut early when I had just phoned them 20 minutes earlier to say I was on my way back to pick up my necklace. Then the engraving of the C was off center & looked as if it had been scratched on with a pin, you could barely see it. When I said I wasn't happy with the work the guy said there was nothing wrong with it & he could see the C. Another guy said they could fix it for me. It's a little more visible but barely so. & I still had to pay for it. My necklace was new & now I feel like its ruined. They were not apologetic & inferred that I should calm down. I've never had to argue my point like this at a shop & it gave me severe anxiety. I told them they had done better jobs previously with my dog tags. I'm never going back to them, they don't deserve my business. Cathy: (

Oh & another time I got 2 pairs of work shoes re heeled. They wrote $40 on my receipt. When I went to pick up the shoes they said $80, it was $40 per pair. I told them it was very misleading. One of my pairs of patent nude shoes was returned to me with big black finger prints on it which the guy said had been there already, which they hadn't.

I would give a ZERO but this review won't allow it.

Possibly the most unprofessional business i have ever dealt with, i took a watch of mine with lots of sentimental value to have the glass repaired, i returned to see the actual exposed watch face upside down on their bench, the band on the floor and they had lost the pin that held it all together.

An hour into a “15 minute” job, they decided they did not have the required materials and would order them in which would take 2-3 days and they would call me. After 2 weeks i had not received a call back, so i made contact and they told me they had the correct glass and to bring it back in.

After taking it back and leaving it with them for an hour, they had not even touched it

When i asked for a refund they were very hesitant, and then did not even want to give me the original watch box back.

There were many other customers that came up and complained in the time i was standing at their counter

I would not recommend this business to absolutely anyone, they are overpriced and COMPLETELY unprofessional and underskilled

So disappointed - had a necklace engraved today with two simple letters - not only are the letters off centre but the silver disc now has two big chips in it- my son is gutted as its a special present for his girlfriend - more so it cost $16.95 to ruin a beauftiful necklace. I warn anyone NOT to get anything special engraved at this place.

Shoe repair was fine however I don't expect to be told by the man who served me that "I'm pretty, but shy", what the absolute hell? ! Perhaps educate your staff on what appropriate customer service is, because I certainly didn't receive it today. Won't be back.

Got them to repair 2 pairs of shoes. 1 pair came loose a week later but they remembered me and happily redid them for me at no charge. Friendly service.

Gave in suede boots that were destroyed from a drunken night. Thought they were ruined. Picked them & wow brand new again. I wasn't confident that they would clean up but amazing results. Thank you I get to wear them again

I have bought a Parker pen for my friend 24th birthday over $200. I have waited for over 30 minuets for the engraving, which she told me because she wants to do a good job for me. But what I got is a awful engraved pen, she had ruined the present. Very disappointed.
