Completely Horrendous,
Bought a replacement Car Key and within 14 months has snapped.
After 10 minutes of talking with the employee for a refund he consistently made irrelevant excuses as to why he couldn’t refund on top of repeatedly being told nothing he can do or wanted to do as was more then 12 months. Regardless clearly the store is selling faulty and dodgy products and wasting customers money. He was extremely rude and made me the customer feel like I had to leave. I doubt myself or anyone else would buy if knowing the product would last under a year and half.
I would strongly not recommend to anyone to buy from this store.

Prompt, courteous, professional. Engraving is quite attractive and catches the eye, but be warned: easily the most expensive engraving I've had done.

Best place in Doncaster to get your shoes fixed. The team are amazing, quality care and advise.

We know owner almost 10years. We have been get his services for key cut to festival engraving to shoes repairs to watch battery fitted, he is been always helpful and true advisor. Right price always. Recently have car key cut and he has save my $$$. It is working so fine and I recommend him too.

My fob keys for car had both decided to stop working, took them to car dealership said they couldn’t be reprogrammed and would need to buy new.
Yesterday thought I will ask at Mr Minit, within 20 minutes Keys reprogrammed also replaced one of the old keys for new one at no extra charge.
Cost a quarter of the price dealership wanted to charge.

Definitely a 5-star experience. Bought an additional garage remote recently. After a few days the garage motor was broken and the remotes became incompatible. I went back to the shop and see if they could refund or swap for me. No questions asked! They were genuinely helpful and gave me various options. In the end I returned the old remotes and got two new, better and more
expensive ones without paying extra. Well display of professionalism and customer service. Staff members are always polite and helpful. Another good reason to support our local small businesses. Well done Mister Minit Doncaster

Do not take any shoe repairs etc.
Unprofessional - expensive prices and no quality in repairs. If anything repairs from here will just bring more damage to your goods-

(No stars in my opinion.) however could only post by selecting one.

The staff at Mister Minut engraved a wonderful plaque for me. They were so helpful in assisting me choose the font style, the font size and the word placement. It looked fantastic and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you!

Friendly and helpful team, went above and beyond to help and ensure the key worked for my car. New remote key for car was half the price compared to buying direct from the car manufacturer, very helpful in coming to the car to ensure it was set up and all buttons worked correctly. Will be returning again.

I went there to adjust the metal bracelet of my ORIS watch last week, now I got many obvious scraches on my brand new bracelet after a lady adjusted it, I was really upset and regret!

Mrster Minit, I would like to give you an advise, please go to learn how to fix and repaire watch properly and professionally, DO NOT DAMAGE anyone's watch again!

Told me $20 to cut a key on the phone then I made may way all the way there and they tell me $40. Avoid

An absolutely superb and friendly customer service! Staff have high knowledge of watches in how to repair them! I have an Longine watch given to me by my mother 12 years ago and i was worried of it being scratched or being damaged! However, once i gave it to Mir, senior watch repairer over there, i was blown away by the professional repair and care performed upon my watch! The wait time is also not too insane and is quick and efficient as possible! Definitely going to Mister Minit Doncaster for my future watch repairs for sure!

Went in to get a quote for repair of a automatic watch.
Scratched the case back whilst opening was extremely rough with the handling. No way will I trust them with any delicate repair. Considering even asking for compensation for damaging my watch.

They wrote my family names on a home key medal which I bought from them, beautiful professional work.thanks Mister Minit

I had to get a spare car key made and Mir was the man that helped me. I arrived and he greeted me with a smile and upon hearing what I needed, he simply said "Come back in 20mins and it will be done". 20 minutes later, I am walking to my car with Mir, who was coming to program the new key to the car. Mir did everything so easily, with a smile and a friendly personality. He made this errand such a nice experience, and I would definitely recommend him to others.
