Got exactly the right type of band I was looking for my rare Carrera watch. A bit pricey though as the band cost me almost the price of the watch when We bought it initially almost 20 years ago.

Amazing job on resoling and repairing my Justin boots. Great workmanship. Definitely recommend these guys.

I got heel taps changed here a month ago and overall they were ok. The first pair the heel tap that they put on was a lot thicker and ruined the aesthetic of the stiletto so I had to ask them to shave it down further.

What was disappointing was their handling of the boxes. They DAMAGED the boxes with grease and black marks (I honestly have no idea what the black marks are). These are designer shoes and I was very upset that the boxes were not kept in good condition while it was with them. It shows they were somewhat careless.

For the price of $45 for changing the heel taps, it is very expensive and I will go to merchant next time which charge much less. The only reason why I came to them is the Louboutin store said they had the right size heel taps.

Got my Ford key cut here, and even though they were extremely busy and my car was in the massive chadstone car park, they came down with me and helped me sync the remote to my new car! Better service than I could of dreamed!

Been using their services for more than 3 years. Always trusted them with hard jobs. Nash and Victoria have always been very helpful assisting to the extend of that extra miles you never expected. Recent job was to fix my soles and they helped me cleaning up the shoes as well as bonus! Thanks heaps!

Did an impeccable job maintaining and polishing my work boots. I needed them for a formal occasion on a tight frame, and could not have hoped for better. I'll definitely be going back.

Absolutely rude, disrespectful and disturbing service and attitude by one of the staff members. Been getting my watches serviced at this location for the past 8 years and realised that there are new faces at the store - I asked a staff member (middle aged Caucasian lady with a pony tale) a simple question whether the owners have changed, and was blasted at and told to "just tap my card" - When I confronted her about her disrespectful attitude, she told me she had too many jobs to address -

Management/ownership should take serious note about who they are hiring and how their staff are speaking to customers - some may need to be trained better on how to politely manage customers during busy periods while maintain decent customer service or the very least; basic social etiquette - was absolutely disgusted by this individual who is unfortunately a member of this organisation!

The owner of the business was the perfect combination of professional, kind and thoughtful. I had two pieces of jewellery engraved. They weren't expensive pieces but they were incredibly sentimental to me.
He did a lovely job. We had a great chat. I recommend everyone should use this business.

We found the staff to be friendly. As well we got a ring engraved to which was done quickly and beautifully despite the crazy Christmas rush. It was also fairly cheap which we appreciated since I'm a student.

Mr Minit and his team are wonderful at what they do and how they serve customers. He and his team bent over backwards yesterday to help me with a broken car key and I will forever appreciate them for this, it’s nice to know the world still has decent human beings.
I Highly recommend him for key cutting, shoe repair, fob replacement the list goes on, he’s your man!

We have been needing to replace the spare key for our 2007 Volkswagen Golf for ages but were told the only way is to have Volkswagen in Germany to make us a new key which could cost upwards of $500. So finding Nesh at Mister Minit was a godsend, especially when he told us they could do it for $295. Big savings and a lot less hassle involved. Couldn't be happy with the results and relieved to disarm the ticking time-bomb of not having a spare key! Highly recommended if you find yourself in the same situation.

One of the sales reps sat next to me on the floor of the store to help me find a present for my friend for a good 20 minutes, so very genuinely pleasant! Also, the engraving work was gorgeous. Customer service exceeded my expectations.

I had two very expensive items engraved this morning and I couldn't be happier! I was a little nervous as they were service awards for my company but the quality of the work was amazing. The service was also fantastic. Lovely staff and very prompt service. Will definitely be back!
