Great service and helpful staff. Helped me with some last minute groomsman gifts that turned out amazing.

Got two pet tags engraved here. One name was misspelled even after writing the name out carefully beforehand, the other had the phone number too cramped on one side and was sloppy.

Both tags were quite expensive and given the quality of the tags themselves and the errors, I won't be coming back.

After an initial disappointing purchase, the owner contacted me very quickly, offering to fix the problem. I am grateful for the prompt and generous response

I USED to come here Regularly when I lived in East Malvern Over 14 Years Ago. I was here on Sunday 12/02/2022 @ 1000hrs and they weren't Open. I rang the After Hours Mobile and when they got here they Responded that they were OPEN. I then came TODAY (Wednesday 16/02/2022 @ 1015hrs) and they weren't Open again. Website says 0900hrs. The Owner Contacted me After I wrote a Review to Apologize. WOULD Recommend. You just might have to be Patient if they're not there, especially during this COVID Period etc.

My car key had some issues with starting the car and every single employee at mister minit went out of their way to help me including coming with me to my car. I can’t recommend them enough for their exceptional service and kindness. Incredible place!

Terrible service received from the sales assistant last week. The person who served me said he was too busy and had to get back to work when I had asked for further assistance, although I had not taken much of his time. Would not recommend their services.

5 star service! I called ahead as I know that not all staff can do the type of engraving that I wanted. They said yes they can do it today, and I was very grateful. What I didn’t realise till later is that one of the team (the boss, I think) stayed back late to ensure that it could get done on time! I’m so grateful for that extra effort, and the quality was beautiful:)

Got a pen engraved. The engraving was beautiful, but they said it'll take 2 hours, it took almost 24hrs!

I had a terrible time at Mister Minit. The lady serving was rude and obnoxious. They over charged me falsely promising a 20% discount that was only applied to 1 of my 3 transactions, which I was not aware until the bill was paid. Overall, it was a poor customer service experience, I will not be returning to this store again.

MISTER MINIT was founded in Belgium to offer a rapid and efficient heel repair service. Stiletto heels were the fashion in those days and the Brussels cobble stones were damaging them by the thousands. Traditional cobblers couldn't cope with the demand and hence it took an average of ten days to get them repaired.

Tanesh is a master - he fixed my Raymond Weil watch for a fraction of what RW would charge He is professional and I would thoroughly recommend.

Asked to repair my shoes heel. Said takes couple of days and will message me when it finished. One week later still not fixed. My shoes were packed away untouched in the shelves and takes while to find them. Never ask again.

I had to get a replacement smart key and a new battery for my car remote. Excellent service and cheapest price I found (Mazda quoted me double). Would highly recommend!

I arrived at their store as they were 30 mins from closing, and they still accommodated for engraving on two watches. Even worked passed their closing time, very generous of them for a last minute order. The lady that served us was friendly and the engraver did a beautiful job on what I thought was a difficult request.

I am so extremely grateful for not only the Phenomenal Customer service that I came across here, but also the highest quality & amazingly affordable engraving I've ever come across.

It's so hard to find the level of Customer service provided by the young Lady with a tinge of Red hair I'm shattered I didn't get her name to put into this review because I felt extremely comfortable and at ease knowing that you knew precisely what kind of service I required.

If your not in Management, you deserve a well earned Promotion.
