I took my phone with a cracked screen in for replacement. Was supposed to take 30 min but took a couple of days before I finally took my phone somewhere else who changed it no problems. I don't trust the quality of the screens here. In the end he did get it working which was a relief because we thought he shorted my phone and lost my data. But he could only get the white screen to work and mine is black. This is a business phone so obviously i need it, I was patient and polite throughout and even when it was clear he was not going to be able to fix it I suggested if he wanted me to take it elsewhere to get it fixed to which he agreed with some relief that it was not going to be his problem anymore. He was a nice enough guy and he told me to hold on to the white screen until it gets replaced. I said do you want to put a screen protector on it because I don't want to scratch it or break it, he said no its ok. Of course 2 days later there was an accident and it cracked. He then asked me to pay for it. So after wasting my time and the stress of not knowing if he lost my data, pictures etc he now wants me to pay him for the inconvenience which was no fault of mine other than breaking the white screen which could have been avoided if he just put his glass screen protector on it. Seriously some business owners need to weight up if it's better to cut their losses and take customer satisfaction seriously. ANYWAY I'm going to pay him because I'm nice, but not before sharing this with you all. Fairs fair.
