Fantastic customer service on a technical issue! And went way out of his way to help me resolve it.

I took my watch to replace the battery.
I took the watch back after replacing the battery, a few hours later realized that the hour marker was loose and gets out of place when you shake your wrists.
Went back to the shop, and the lady working there acknowledged that the issue wasn’t there.
And i am 100% certain that the issue was not there before coming to Mr minit.
Then she advised to leave the watch for the watch maker to have a look for a charge that she couldn’t quote instead of fixing it for free.
And now my watch is useless.
Untrustworthy business, don’t take your watch there. They’ll ruin it.

I have recently had issues with the battery of my car key so today i went and got the battery fixed, after getting my key back, the car was still unresponsive to the car. I went back to see what the issue was and they helped me by going to my car and reprogramming the key for me. Such a big help thank you

I lost my original remote suziki key. I rang suzuki for a quote. Then I went to Mr Minit whose quote was $150 cheaper than Suzuki. Although it's not a Suzuki remote shell, the new shell seems to do the job. Thank you.my new remote works!

These people girish and his wife and staff are amazing every time I go there they do an awesome job with shoe stretching to keys cut I can’t speak highly about them

Visited a few day ago with a bracelet that had a loose clasp. I was doubtful in their ability to fix it due to my visit to another place that said they couldn't do anything about it, but sure enough I came back 30 minutes later and it was fixed. I also really appreciated the fact that they completed it free of charge. Great customer service, would definitely recommend.

Bought a battery for my wife's watch - but the battery died after 2 hours.

I was asked to bring it back in, which I did.

They did some checks on the battery and replaced it without any fuss.

If you advertise your opening hours which clearly state your open n close at 6pm on your website on this 1st June 2021 n i go there n find noone is there n waitind for n hour. Then i call the number 5 times on your website listed number n it rings out.
To avoid the frusteation of customers update your website

AVOID THIS PLACE! Destroyed my mums watch from Switzerland. Owner cracked the screen and refused to pay for the damages. Instead offered a $20 voucher for a $200 watch from Switzerland. What a joke.

Fantastic service. Went out of their way to reprogram the remote control on my parked car, which hasn't worked in years. Now works perfectly. Great job.

Customer service was a fail. After waiting for the customer service bloke to get off the phone, he then choose to serve another customer who was not next in the Q. Two wrongs dont make a right.

The guy charged my partner $60 for what looked like a 5 minute job and when we got home the stitches unravelled

I purchased a garage remote from here to find out it was $10 more than Mister Minite Watergardens. After realising 30 minutes after purchasing the product, I went back to the store to get a refund on the product that was stilll in its original packaging, unopened, with my receipt. I was advised by Girish that he did not force me to buy it, and I was aware of what I was purchasing so I couldnt have my money back? After asking for the terms and condition of Mister Minite, Girish advised me that it says customers are not entitled to refunds on a change of mind. He also rambled on about not being entitled to a refund according to the ACCC. This exchange was not a change of mind, simply a realisation of a business owner taking advantage of uninformed customers. As a franchisee, he does not have the authority to increase the price on a standard product across the franchise. I verified this with another Mister Minite store.
Once I visited the terms and conditions on their website, it blankly said that I was entitled to a refund. Fortunately I was able to contact head office who were able to rectify this issue for me, and I was able to receive a refund. I will NEVER shop at Mister Minit Caroline Springs again, and have advised all my friends and family not as well.

My hubby brought his shoes in for the sole to be put back on. Was ready the next day. Such a good quality job, so cheap and the guy who he dealt with was so friendly and helpful.

Lost my favourite watch after I put it in to get the battery replaced. Even with the "receipt tracking"; Girish had no idea where it is.
Pathetic customer service.

Had to get my favourite kick's rubber soles fixed as the back had been worn down till the rubber is so thin it had breaks in it. First I was in the city and I looked at getting it fixed at a cobbler and the guy literally said I won't be able to do that here and he is a PROFESSIONAL cobbler. I've left him his review, anyhow I went to the Mister Minit at CS and I dropped them off and he had them ready the next day. Wonderful job, really happy with them as he glued the original sole down and added fresh rubber on top gluing and sanding it together so I'm supremely happy with the job. Saved my favourite shoes and at a very good price too, thank you!
