24 Great service from this store. Went in to get a watch battery and band fix on an old watch. Wasn’t expecting to get such a detailed history on the background of my timepiece. Discovered that it had become quite a collectors piece over the years that I owned it.
Not only did I get my immediate needs met, but they took the time to explain what I had in my possession. Very impressed by their customer service and technical knowledge. Would be happy to utilise their services again anytime.
Got my shoes re-soled the other day, wonderful sales person and he did an amazing job on my shoes, did exactly what I asked for. Very happy:)
The only locksmith who was able to get a very special ring engraved for me. I couldn’t trust anyone to do it, but his Mehmet’s service was incredible. He left a beautiful engraving. Awesome service! Will definitely recommend:)
Took mum today to Broad Meadows shopping center today as she was getting out of the car she broke the heel on her shoe. And the Manager at Mister Minit was so kind he had excellent customer service skills. He kept on asking mum if she was ok he even asked mum and I to sit down at the coffee shop and brought mum and I are cappuccino each. So mum asked him to cut her keys so I can have a set to, To the Manger of Mister Mint I think you she be proud to have a team member like that working for you.
