Mister Minit Broadmeadows

The day I visited Mister Minit Broadmeadows Artu, he made a copy of my car key. I stood at the employee and his words were very bad. He did not want to talk to the customers and his manner was very rude and he looked nervous. After that, he asked for his price and told me that he would finish it in 45 minutes. After he came back to receive the key, I wanted to pay the money, $150. Artu. Through the card, he told me to pay in cash. The best card has a commission. Then I told him that you do not deal well with customers. He shouted at him and told me in a loud voice, “I was with my family and I have children. ” Then he came out from behind the table and to hit me. This is what happened to me today with them.

I've been here a few times but always forget to post a review! Always prompt, courteous, high quality engraving services at the Broadmeadows branch.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mehmet at Broadmeadows Mister Minit today, he was so helpful and honest in his dealings with me trying to organise a new remote for my car keys. He went above and beyond, came out to my car to check something and prices were very reasonable. His customer service was second to none. I will definitely recommend him.

Very Rude man, not sure why they're even open to business when they push away customers because they have no time. LOL!

Asked the proprietor to connect the straps to my watch l brought to him.henpushed me aside to serve others. After about ten minutes he said come in half an hour lm too busy at this time.went back later he said l won.t charge you putting your straps on the watch that was nice.went to sit down to put my watch on the buckle side of the watch came away.in two pieces.
Looked like it had been cut.
I went back to the proprietor and showed him he said it must have broken with not being used.the straps were perfectly fine
Before l gave it to him.l had to buy a new watch strap cost. $ 35.95 he wrapped me off

Brilliant customer service. Very slight issue with one shoe, he fixed it right there on the spot, no fuss, no hassle, no BS! Friendly, great price. Really impressed with the good old fashioned customer service! Thanks.

Staff member didn’t seem to care about anything Very rude and not very helpful guy. Very Busy in talking phone and don’t have to time answer the customer needs.

So I popped in today and received the most prompt welcoming service I’ve had in a long time, not only did he do a great job, but he wrote love nan xx as a bonus for me after telling him it was for my grandson who is on his way as we speak.
Couldn’t recommend anyone higher than this guy for great service and a genuine heart!

My grandparents needed a remote button key for their car. After shopping around they were told foolish prices and a failed attempt from another key store within the Broadmeadows complex that had the key for two weeks.
We got the remote button key done at Mister Minit for a reasonable price and the customer service was great. Did not take long either. My grandparents are very happy.

I had a terrible experience at this place! They man at Broadmeadows store was extremely rude when I last visited. I was inquiring about a certain product and he continued looking at his phone, ignoring me, mocking me, and laughing. I am sure the good reviews are fake and they are simply from close friends of the owner! Disgusting

Got a new car key for my VW Caddy. Mehmet is very quick on coding and key cutting, highly recommended. Better price than others.

I asked to get a ring to be engraved which was done in less than 30 seconds perfectly and I had the best customer service and would 100% definitely recommend.

I got a keyring photo engraved at the last minute. The service provided at this kiosk was absolutely amazing! I didnt get his name, but he went above and beyond to help. The photo engraving turned out absolutely AMAZING! (The photo doesn't do it justice) Thankyou for providing old school customer service, I will be back!
